Completely updated! Spacious and newly remodeled carriage house in quiet neighborhood behind Historic home located on Music Row close to downtown Nashville. Once owned by Country Music legend Chet Atkins. Only a couple of blocks from Vanderbilt, and close to restaurants, bars, museums, and all Nashville has to offer. Free covered parking adjoining the unit.

NOTE: January 26th to 30th of 2025 has been discounted by 30% because we are replacing the floors in the units above. So you can get a super deal on one of our most popular units, but you need to understand you will have to put up with all the banging and noise involved in the floor replacement above that could start early in the morning and last until late in the evening.

Lots of room! Enjoy a whole space on the first floor with attached one-car garage. Large fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker and laundry room with washer and dryer. The family room includes a faux fireplace and Smart TV (Roku and other free apps installed, bring your own favorite paid streaming channel).

Self-check-in with electric lock codes, to ensure safety for all guests. Full access to the entire unit, no shared spaces.

Private parking is located in the one-car garage attached to the unit. Street parking is available on an unlimited basis between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, limited to two hours between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We have other nearby parking options if you need them for overflow vehicles, just ask.

Perfect space for us! Neighborhood was beautiful and close to everywhere we wanted to visit. The garage/carport was an added plus. The only negative thing I will say is the trash area in back was a mess. Definitely will stay here again!

Amazing stay

Great Location and Lovely Home

We had such a wonderful time visiting Nashville, largely in part because of our experience in our VRBO. We loved the place itself as everything was clean and stocked with everything we needed during our stay, but just as exciting was the location. And free covered parking in the heart of downtown?!??! What a treat!!! Highly recommend staying here!

Great location and very clean!

We enjoyed our proximity to attractions in the area and the short drive down to Broadway. Music Row has an amazing history so it was cool to be in the middle of that. Susan/Ron were so quickly responsive and helpful, and it was great to have a parking spot off the street. The house itself was clean and full of light.

Great Place

The carriage house is located in a great location 5 min away from the madness of Broadway. The apartment is very roomy and has all the essentials needed to be comfortable. The hosts were easily accessible and very helpful .We will be returning, we loved it!

Wonderful property

The Carriage House was clean, spacious and just what the doctor ordered… literally. We used this as a base while my husband had surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. It was close to the hospital (took me about 8 minutes to walk it, located in a safe neighborhood and was also close to restaurants (plenty of choices within walking distance). We would highly recommend this property!

Great little place. Wanted to let you know that the only door that was locked when we got there was the key code door. Both front & back doors were unlocked. Also you have a problem with the Internet for the tv. It worked one day out of four. No biggie for us as we were just wanting to see the morning news. Just hate for you to pay for something that needs repaired. We loved staying there. Saved your info hope to get to come back some day. Thanks for everything.

Milestone birthdays

We came to celebrate 3 friends milestone birthdays, 70, 75, and 80. We had a lovely time despite the unusual heat wave. Close enough to Broadway to enjoy the sites and far enough away for 3 old broads to enjoy the quiet as well.

Carriage House A is a great place to stay. Close to music row and all the main things you want to see in Nashville.It’s actually quite large, very clean and nicely appointed. Has everything you would want for your stay.The owners were quick to respond and happy to answer any of my questions.Our friends stayed in a large house in front, which was also very nice.The only reason it didn’t get five stars is because there is a tenant upstairs, above the unit, that has a young child that runs around a lot.My husband had to stay back and work during the three days we were there. He said it was quite disruptive on his Zoom calls. It starts around 7 AM and stopped around 8 PM, which I assume is bedtime. At first it’s cute because you know it’s a little child running around and having fun but unfortunately, after a while it’s quite annoying.

We have two grown children and five grandchildren!
