Enjoy the new clean, contemporary space that has a king size bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, washer/dryer, 1 garage spot & a Foosball Table. The beach is just across street by Lifeguard Tower 9. Join locals there to watch the sunsets or stroll up the beach to the Pier. It's all about low tide at Tower 9. This ideal location is great to walk to many wonderful restaurants, shopping, Thursday Farmer's Market, or experience the award winning micro breweries.
