Welcome to our cozy haven in East Nashville! SO close to all downtown Nashville and East Nashville have to offer but with privacy and comfort away from the hustle and bustle. The best of both worlds!

Broadway/Bridgestone Arena/ Nissan Stadium is a 10 minute drive, Five Points is 7 minutes, and The Gulch is 13 minutes away.

Good location with easy access to downtown, restaurants and golf courses. Only issue was with guest bathroom shower on second day of stay leaking through to first floor. Was not fixed during stay but we were able to use main bedroom shower. So minor inconvenience

Clean and spacious rooms. Wonderful atmosphere. We especially loved the lights and wall decor. Shower pressure was nice and strong to.

Check in was a breeze. The host sent an entire breakdown of fun suggestions to try out and was responsive. The unit itself was adorable and clean and location was great! If we come back through the area again we will be sure to try and book here again!

The master shower head had mold on it as well as hair on the floor. The guest tub filled up with water while showering and so did the master right side sink and the guest bathroom sink. The outdoor furniture was all ripped up as well as the rug outside. The neighborhood also felt rundown.

The VRBO was well decorated, but I would not return. There were several electrical issues including no overhead lights in the living room, upstairs bathrooms, and one bedroom. The host did respond regarding this, however, the issue was unable to be resolved during our stay. Additionally, there were not enough sheets for all 5 bedding options, the toilet seat in the master bath was falling off, and the toilet paper holder in the master bath was coming off the wall. On our last night, the smoke detector in the bedroom began beeping due to a low battery and this was only resolved after we found something tall enough to stand on to remove the battery. While some of these issues are outside of the host's control, the stay was not pleasant overall.
