Tranquility with all of the amenities you could need. Great home for the entire family in a beautiful scenic and relaxing location on the 13th hole of the South Padre Island Golf Course. Home is completely furnished and includes a two car garage and outside patio. Master suite has a jacuzzi tub and king size bed. Includes washer and dryer. Only 15 minutes from the beach. Easy access to swimming pool, tennis courts, and fitness center and golf course. Close to restaurants shopping, our home provides cozy spacious rooms, and spaces.

Perfect Spot

This home is an absolutely comfortable, cozy and beautiful place. We were sad to leave and will miss the ease of havng everything at your fingertips. Three pools gym, golf course, beautiful sunrise and sunset, resaca and gorgeous plants, cozy beds, luxurious bathrooms and spa tub. You can tell this home has been cared for and looked after and details have been very thought out. The owners were very easy to contact and we had no issues with a single thing. Plus, they have put their love and peace into this home. Highly recommend!

Home Away from Home

We have been absolutely blessed by this home. We needed a home away from home while our house was being worked on and this really is a fabulous place. The home is clean, has all the supplies to cook and live, beautiful poperty and back yard with gorgeous views. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, and is a great place to walk or run. The pools and gym are easily accessible and super nice. The owners are very accomodating and have clearly put love and care into this home. Truly great place.

Beautiful Laguna Vista Home.

This spacious home is clean, beautiful, and nicely furnished. There was plenty of room for our family of five. The gated neighborhood is peaceful, and quiet with friendly neighbors. There is a lovely view from the backyard, and it was great for just sitting outside and relaxing. We were able to cook most of our meals due to the kitchen being extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your favorite dishes. The included club amenities was a really nice option to have. My sons really appreciated still being able to go to the gym while being away from home, and going for a swim at the pool. SPI is just a short drive for days you feel like going to the beach. For days you feel like being a couch potato, there is a huge smart tv in the living room that can stream your favorite apps that you subscribe to. David was a great host. He was easy to reach, and responds quickly if you ever need to contact him. We enjoyed the month we spent here, and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a rental in the area.
