Perfect for our needs

We were looking for a condo near the beach that fit our family size and needs, and this condo fit perfectly! Very accessible to the beach, reasonable price, and all the amenities we needed!! Definitely would book this again.

Weekend stay

Really enjoyed the stay. It was clean and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy. The automated door lock allowed no worries of keeping track of keys! No issues. Really enjoyed our short vacation.

The furniture was not real comfortable for our older bodies but The apartment had most of what we needed for a nice week at South Padre Island.

The condo was very nice on the interior. There were nice beach items availible to borrow, the condo was clean and fully furnished. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. Would rate the experience highly and use this condo again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay

This place felt cozy and we were very comfortable staying here. The walk to the beach is very short and easy. There’s a cooler, canopy, and some chairs they allow you to use, if needed. I reported a couple of issues to the owner such as the coffee maker wouldn’t work and the parking passes are ripped and have to be placed on your dash instead of over the rear view mirror and they responded quickly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again.

Good for the price

The first night was pretty cold and the thermastat was locked at the time and there weren't extra blankets. However when we reach out we were able to get those peoblems fixed.

Sorry to say, but the apartment was not cleaned very well prior to my visit. I found long black strands of hair on the shampoo/conditioner dispenser (i have short blonde hair). I found crusty dry food on the refrigerator shelves, a white towel that still looked dirty, but was folded on the town bar and small roaches in the bathroom. I went in after 10 p.m. just to sleep and saw all this the next morning. I recommend the owner get a better cleaning service.

Great stay

The location is great, close to the beach like within walking distance. The place was very clean when we got there, it had all the essentials necessary for our stay there. They have made some upgrades and it’s a nice cozy place. Our kids enjoy themselves very much and the whole process was super easy, the owners send you all the information ahead of time that you will need and they make sure to communicate that they are available for you for any questions or concerns. I don’t think in the description it tells you that they have outdoor shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach but that was a major plus for us since we have 3 little ones that definitely needed to be rinsed off before heading inside. We would definitely be coming back.

Nice property would stay again

Very clean. Needed my dry towels only provided three. I had a family of (5). Thankfully we brought towels too. Only Big issue T.V. in living area didn't work. So, the kids was in our personal space to provide tv to keep them entertained. Overall nice, clean and quiet.

If you are looking for an inexpensive option, this is a good rental. The building needs maintenance, and is very loud. The loudness if out of the landlords control but we were not able to sleep due to the outside noise from multiple neighbors. The bed feels like you are sleeping in an inflatable mattress. The shower does have some black spots that need to be cleaned out. The sofa bed was dirty, removed the blue cover and found all kinds of hairs and just not clean. You get what you pay for with this unit.

Great place to stay!

We have a family of six, we loved staying here for a few days. Very nice and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach with kids. Loaded up our wagon with all our beach stuff. We did bring an air matress. The futon couch wasn't quit big enough for our 10 and 12 yr old to share, and the couch was pretty uncomfortable but other than that no complaints.

Wanted to love it BUT...

Hi! Outside - the property needs updating, painting and cleaning. It is loud outside throughout the night. Needs property management. There is no outside space to enjoy. Inside - the kitchen and living space was nice, clean and updated (cute). The shower has mold between the tiles (mostly the floor)...it was rough. The bed in the bedroom is weird and feels like a bean bag...you cannot sleep on it/you sink. Bunk beds are for small children (plywood) and the sleeper couch isn't comfortable either. I wanted to love it but couldn't.

Family Spring Break

Was a great stay, property very clean, great little kitchen. Only a block off the beach, so a five minute walk, quick access to all other activities we did. Only downside was mattress in the bedroom not super comfortable and mattress protector was straight up plastic, so made sleep very hot and sweaty and we had to put down towels to lay on - but we were so tired didn't ruin the stay!
