Spend your day on the beach, or enjoying all MB has to offer. However you choose, you can return home cool off in the outdoor oceanside pool, or bbq in the picnic area.

Breathe fresh ocean air while enjoying one of the best views on the coast in this 3-bedroom, 3-bath North Myrtle Beach condominium, which sleeps ten.

With 1,400 square feet of beautifully appointed living space, the lovely 3-bedroom vacation rental is perfect for couples or families seeking their own space.

Soak in the breathtaking views with private oceanfront balconies from the living room and 2 of 3 bedrooms.

Only minutes from Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlets, Pirates Voyage, and more, this property will provide endless fond memories!

THE PROPERTY

Open the front door and be greeted by the sight of the Atlantic Ocean! Upon arrival, you'll immediately fall in love with the inviting decor and open living space throughout the entire home. When you're ready to cook a homemade meal, you can enjoy your feast while taking in the views of the palm trees and the waves. Start your day off right by cooking a delicious breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, or enjoy your morning coffee on your private balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. You and your group can play games in the large open family room or indulge in your favorite movies on the 55-inch cable TV, one of 4 TVs. However you choose to spend your day, you can return home to relax on the porch, cool off in the outdoor oceanside pool, or bbq in the picnic are. No need to pack beach supplies. We provide our guests with beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and a cart/wagon.

Find all the activities that make a family vacation memorable in Myrtle Beach. Vacation goers have loved visiting Crescent Sands for generations and it’s easy to see why. Windy Hill is one of the nicest and quietest beaches on the Atlantic coast, and just minutes from all the action of Myrtle Beach.

Centrally located to all of the attractions in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle. You are minutes from Tanger Outlets, Pirate Voyage Dinner Show, Broadway at the Beach, Barefoot Landing, and so much more!

Key Residence Features: - Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, complimentary wireless internet, air conditioning, central heating, 4 flat-screen TVs, and much more!

Outstanding location - Minutes from all attractions in Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. - Close proximity to restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and ON THE BEACH!

Bedroom Configuration: - Master Bedroom: King-sized Bed - Bedroom 2: 2 Queen-sized Beds - Bedroom 3: Two twin over twin bunk beds.

Policies: - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties or large gatherings - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes may apply
Please note that this is a family-friendly resort, and has established quiet hours of 10:00pm - 8:00am.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement and ID verification.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.


Upon a confirmed reservation, you will need to sign (digitally) the complete Rental Agreement. The Rental Agreement is as follow:

[RENTAL AGREEMENT: SMOKIES TO SEA PROPERTY GROUP, LLC]
GUEST AGREEMENT
This legally binding agreement is between the Guest (the person booking the reservation) and Smokies to Sea Property Group, LLC (“Host”), the managing entity of the short-term rental property located in South Carolina. This agreement outlines terms of occupancy, responsibilities, liabilities, and protections for both the guest and the host.
By reserving and/or staying at our property, you agree to the terms herein.
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
• Check-in: After 4:00 PM
• Check-out: Before 10:00 AM
• Self Check-In: Guests will receive access details via smart lock or digital system upon completion of guest verification.
• Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
May be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Guests staying past checkout time without prior written approval will be charged a late check-out fee.
2. GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE WAIVER
All guests are required to:
• Submit a valid government-issued photo ID
• Sign this rental agreement
• Purchase a non-refundable damage waiver in lieu of a traditional deposit. This policy protects the property for minor accidental damages and holds guests accountable for significant or negligent damage.
Damage Waiver Fee: $35 (up to 10 nights).
Guests acknowledge that they are financially responsible for any damages or losses beyond what is covered by the waiver.
3. HOUSE RULES
• No smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises
• No pets (unless in accordance with ADA for service animals)
• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings
• No unregistered guests
• No tampering with WiFi routers, security devices, or smoke detectors
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Use of amenities (grills, pools, etc.) is at guest’s own risk
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Our cancellation policy is stated on your booking platform and applies without exception. No refunds will be given for dissatisfaction with the property, weather events, travel delays, or early departures.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
5. DAMAGES, FEES & FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Guests agree to:
• Leave the property in clean, undamaged condition
• Pay for any necessary excessive cleaning, property damage, missing items, or misuse
• Not rearrange or move furniture
Guest Responsibility: Any damage beyond normal wear and tear or in excess of the waiver will be charged to the card on file. You agree that by booking and staying, you authorize Smokies to Sea Property Group, LLC to charge your card accordingly.
6. CHARGEBACK PROTECTION
To prevent fraud and misuse of the payment system, guests agree to the following:
• Chargebacks are not permitted for stays where check-in instructions were delivered and the guest gained access to the property
• In the event of a dispute, this signed agreement, ID verification, and records of digital access will be presented as proof of service
• Guests agree that submission of this agreement is a confirmation of services rendered and constitutes a waiver of any unauthorized payment dispute
7. RIGHT OF ENTRY
Smokies to Sea Property Group LLC, its representatives, and licensed maintenance providers reserve the right to enter the premises for necessary repairs, inspections, emergencies, or to enforce the terms of this agreement. We will provide advance notice where possible.
8. LOCAL LAWS & OCCUPANCY
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina
• Maximum occupancy and parking limits must be observed at all times
• No subleasing is allowed
• Commercial activity is not permitted unless expressly approved by the Host
9. GUESTS’ RELEASE OF LIABILITY
Guests agree to use the home, outdoor space, and amenities (stairs, decks, water features, grills, etc.) at their own risk. Host is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to guest property during their stay.
10. MAIL, DELIVERIES & PERSONAL ITEMS
• We do not accept packages or mail on behalf of guests
• Lost items may be returned at guest’s expense, but are not guaranteed
11. NO TENANCY CREATED
Guests understand this is a short-term license to occupy, not a lease. No tenancy is created under South Carolina law, and guests must vacate upon check-out time or be subject to removal.
12. AGREEMENT CONFIRMATION
By confirming your reservation, submitting your ID, and/or completing the pre-arrival process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this agreement on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.
By signing or electronically accepting this Rental Agreement, the Guest agrees to all terms outlined above and understands that failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation, financial liability, and/or legal action. Smokies to Sea Property Group LLC reserves the right to update these terms as needed.

The condo was exactly as shown and described on the site. The ocean views are incredible. It was clean and had everything you needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. I would book this condo unit again.

Beautiful beach place with easy access.

The condo was beautiful and as advertised. Ac was running when we arrived and it was nice and cool. Beds were decent, would definitely stay again.

Great place for a family vacation!

Our family (my husband and myself, our 3 kids, and my mom) enjoyed our stay here so much! The view was great, there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout, and it was a short walk to the beach and the pool. There were a couple tiny issues, but nothing that would cause us to not rebook here in the future!

Great ocean front property

Since this is a newer property, I thought I would post a review. We were in town off season for a wedding. The location was great and the fact that it was beach front was exactly what we were looking for. Enjoyed the furniture on the porch overlooking the beach. The property was clean and nice and the owners were easy to get ahold of. The pictures listed were accurate for the condo. The only complaint we had was that the beds were uncomfortable.
