You are 50 steps away from the 5th Avenue beach access and world-famous shores of Indian Rocks Beach. Located on a private road providing for maximum privacy . This three bedroom two bathroom (main) home has entry foyer that opens to a living area with high ceilings and large windows for natural light. Along with a beautiful separate guest house (one bedroom, one bathroom). Walk to restaurants, shops and some of the most beautiful beaches in the world.

**Owners hold right to terminate stay if house rules are not followed**
The Neighborhood:
Quiet street right off the main road in IRB directly across from beach access.

Interaction with Guests:
We will be available throughout your stay to answer questions and are local and willing to assist if possible. We have our vendors throughout the area as well should something be needed. Six guests are included in base price.

We relocated here in 2022, but our ties to the area go way back. We love being hosts, providing a warm stay for you and sharing our love for Florida's beauty and beach life. Our family includes two young boys and our friendly dog, Bruce, who can't wait to meet you!
