Great condo

Overall, nice condo. Very spacious. Loved the view. Only bad thing is room with twin beds, the flat sheet wasn’t on the beds. It was folded and placed under blanket where pillows were. No one wants to drive 8 hours and make up a bed. Other than that, good stay

Beautiful view

The room was great! View was amazing! Beach access and pool were fantastic! The wave reasturant was probably the most delicious food we had the entire trip! The worst part was the elevators! The wait time was terrible most days! But other then that it was great!

Beachfront fun

Great location and condo plenty of space, nicely decorated and fabulous view! Elevators are a challenge - long wait times especially during peak times 4-7pm and 8-12noon Nice beach but a little disappointing that there are so many chairs in front of the building that you have to walk a ways to be crowded into a small area of open sand

Beautiful location!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The condo was perfect…. from cleanliness, amenities, location, view, everything was perfect! There were so many extras like sand castle tools, umbrellas, plush towels, comfortable beds, and kitchen utensils galore. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

This whole condo is amazing and the view WOW!

Everything you could need is in this condo. It is decorated so beautiful. There is ample space for large family so you are not tripping over each other. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The view is amazing. We sat out there watching the sunsets and the moon on the water. We will be back often.

Girls weekend

The condo was beautiful and clean and loved the convenience of the restaurant on the first floor, but the elevator situation was a nightmare. We had to do 15 flights of stairs several times after waiting sometimes over 20 minutes for an elevator. Unfortunately, I’ll never stay there again simply due to the elevators.

It was good. The elevators were very busy. We spent a lot of time waiting. The only negative was the check in. They did not have our info and acted like we didn’t have a reservation. Awkward. The condo folks I dealt with on phone were fantastic but at the desk it was chaotic. We loved the view. Beautiful.

What a View!!!

The condo we stayed in on the 15th floor of Tidewater was absolutely beautiful. It was professionally decorated, kitchen had ample supplies, beds were extremely comfortable and enough room for everyone to spread out. The balcony was second to none with amazing views!!!! As for Tidewater itself, I will never stay here again due to the horrific elevator situation. There are not enough for the number of floors and people on site. Especially frustrating during the common check in and out times when people are trying to bring the luggage carts to their rooms. Even on a normal day, we would wait over 15 minutes for one and end up walking 15 flights of stairs to get to where we needed to be. The parking deck was just as crowded and really made us not want to have to leave and find another spot. So nothing against the condo owners, their unit was perfect. Just won’t stay here again!!

Great choice

We loved our stay. We would recommend this condo and would stay again. The view is perfect and the condo is modern and well stocked in the kitchen. There were no beach towels so be prepared to buy some or bring your own. Management was quick to respond when we needed something. The elevators in the condo building are the biggest and truly only down side to staying here. But over all, it was a great resort for the $. We found that the other families staying there were fairly mellow and easy going. Nothing too rowdy. The restaurant on site had great wings and reasonably good bar food. It’s $$$ but it’s convenient. All in all great place to book.

Don't be fooled by the view

The view is the only thing worth it but everything else that went with the stay was NOT worth what I paid, I will be gladly to fork the money over to Marriott or Hyatt. Every elevator ride was 30 minutes to an 1 hour wait when there were more than 6 elevators. This was the highlight that started off the horrible stay. Who wants to add in riding in an elevator to toyr agenda.

Great condo

We were very pleased with the condo and the view was amazing! The only downside to our trip was check out time. There were no carts available so everything had to be hand carried over the walkway to our cars. That would not have been so bad except for the elevators, it took 20-30 minutes before you could get one. The elevator on the end was not working either. In all it took us almost two hours to get everything out! By the time we had finished we were all frustrated!!!

Great Place, Incredible View

It’s unfortunate that VRBO (and most others) do not use a 10-star rating system or some other way to not have to choose between 4 and 5. Our property/stay deserved better than a 4 but I couldn’t give it a 5 for reasons I’ll mention later. But first the good… The view from this SE corner unit is absolutely amazing. Two of the three living room walls are all glass, providing spectacular views of both the Gulf and of the pier and Pier Park area. We had a similar unit last year and simply never grow tired of the glory of the Gulf or the lights of the Pier Park Sky Wheel at night. The wrap-around deck offers the same views from your balcony. And this layout also offers spectacular views of both sunrise AND sunset. ❤️❤️ The condo is quite spacious, with lots of room in the living room (love the huge l-shaped sofa) and in each of the three bedrooms, two of which have their own views of the ocean. Bathrooms seem to have been newly remodeled and were very nice as was the kitchen. In the past we’ve often ended up buying an item or two for the kitchen but this one had absolutely everything we needed. We love the three different options for hot tubs at Tidewater and enjoyed several trips to the indoor pool with the outdoor pools being a bit too cool this early in the year. The beach in front of the resort is wonderful and the proximity to Pier Park is a major bonus. Communication with the host was top notch and the majority of the Tidewater staff were very friendly and helpful. The reason we couldn’t give 5 stars was that we had multiple minor issues during our stay and in each case, while the host was quick to respond to each, the time it took to actually get the issues (weak Wi-Fi signal in living room, broken bedroom blinds and problems with dryer and ice maker) fixed was not particularly impressive. I suspect we just got a little unlucky with the number of issues we had and again, none of them were major, but it did leave me wondering if there could have been similar delays if any of them had been (major). If I would have had the option I’d probably have given an overall rating in the 9 to 9.5 range out of 10 and would very likely stay again unless we could find a lower unit available. 15th floor was fine and elevator waits were very manageable (typical in Feb I think) but we were lower last year and liked that a little better.

Great Condo

This is probably one of the nicest, cleanest Condo's we have ever stayed in. Being on the 15th floor and a corner unit, made for spectacular views. We would most definitely stay here again.

Cousins Beach Trip Success

Each year we have had to increase the size of the condo we rent in PCB. This past August we stayed in this beautiful condo for 7 days. There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is fully furnished. Since we usually cook all meals - this was perfect. When we first arrived we had problems with the washer and the owner had someone there to fix it within hours. Then we noticed the dishwasher didn’t drain so we called again. The plumber arrived and fixed the problem immediately. The check in process was perfect - all armbands were with the check in desk. In order to get a cart to move your items from the car, you have to leave your ID to check out luggage cart. For us that was not an issue. If I could recommend anything, it would be to put more chairs or lounges on the patio. We improvised but the view from there is perfect. If I group stays the same size we would definitely rent again
