Gorgeous Victorian home in Sacramento. It is in the heart of Midtown, walking distance to all of the best spots; coffee, tea, food, dessert as well as theaters, music, parks and more.
Under 3 miles to all of Sac's major hospitals; Kaiser, Sutter, Mercy and UC Davis.
It is a spacious 2 bedroom 1 bathroom. There is tons of natural light, high ceilings, a cute balcony and modern furnishings. The living area is tastefully furnished and has a new 55 inch smart tv. The kitchen is well stocked, the dining room has a table over looking the city and a quiet workspace. Bedroom one is a great size with a queen bed and walk in closet. Bedroom two also has a queen bed with storage drawers underneath, and a large closet. The bathroom is huge and spa like, and there is a washer and dryer in the unit. There is also plenty of storage space.
