The spacious main bedroom features a king bed made for slow mornings, while the guest room offers a cozy queen bed for additional comfort. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for extra guests, along with a fireplace and plenty of seating for relaxing after a day in the sun.

Start your mornings with coffee from the well-equipped kitchen and enjoy it out on the porch, soaking in the peaceful surroundings.

Please note: stairs are required for access, and parking is conveniently located underneath the cottage.

Inside, you’ll find classic Cape Cod-inspired touches, while outside, Longboat Key brings the magic—think tortoises wandering by, egrets in the distance, wild parrots overhead, and even the island’s famous peacocks making an appearance. It’s all part of the experience.
