Sculpted elegance. Soaring beams. Sweeping city and bay views. This is one of the most exquisite residences in downtown Traverse City, set on the top floor of the historic Daylight Candy Building in the vibrant Warehouse District, directly above North Peak Brewing Co.

The penthouse sleeps 6 across a king primary suite with a copper jet tub, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom, alongside a chef's kitchen with Wolf appliances, a designer lounge with SONOS sound and a wet bar, a drop-down projector, and a pool table.

It's a 3-minute walk to Clinch Park Beach and the marina, steps to craft breweries, coffee shops, and galleries, and just half a mile from the State Theatre and Traverse City Film Festival venues.

Extraordinary condo & wonderful team

We've stayed in luxury spaces all over town and this was by far our favorite. What an exceptional and truly exquisitely designed condo. The location was so perfect, centrally located, there's a spa underneath and the management company True North was so pleasant to deal with. We'll be back.

Arrived to traverse city looking forward to a week vacation with family. Unable to access home. After more than an hour and multiple calls, management company informed us the house was double booked. No hotel rooms or other properties available. Had to drive back home. Still waiting on response from management company. Would not recommend property or True North management.
