All guests must complete our guest verification process before arrival, including ID submission and agreeing to rental rules. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Please note that laundry facilities require quarters. Due to the condo's prime location for skiing and downtown activities, expect some noise from surrounding establishments during peak seasons. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbours by adhering to quiet hours after 10 pm.
