Summer stay

I stayed here while I was in Lehi for a summer internship and I couldn’t have asked for a better place. It is clean, quiet, and the location is fantastic. The host is very kind and helpful. I had no complaints whatsoever during my stay here.

Cute and simple apartment

We had a great stay here. There were a few things that we messaged the host about during our stay, but he responded quickly and kindly! Would recommend to anyone that wants to stay in a cute and simple apartment in Lehi.

Good stay

We were in town for a family reunion so we weren’t at the apartment much other than to sleep. We found it quite adequate for our purposes.

Nice location

I drive an F150 pick up truck and it’s a little tight to get into the parking, I really did like the location though it’s pretty close to everything you need. Is my first time actually staying in Lehi since 2008, and it was incredible to see all the changes. The place was easy to find. It was just right for my son and I.

Know what you're renting.

Overall, very cozy stay in a very quiet part of Lehi that is off the main roads. Be advised that while the listing shows that there is WiFi, there is no Internet at this location. There is very little provided in terms of home economics amenities. Not horrible as I spent almost all my time away from the location.

Host cancel via email 90 minutes before check in

Host canceled via email 90 minutes before check in time. I was busy driving and didn’t receive look at email until we arrived at destination. Host and Virbo should have called me as soon as they were aware that they had to cancel. All other hotels In the area were booked. We had to drive to Park City for a hotel.

Review

Older property in nice quiet residential neighborhood. No wi-if connected to tv. Needs a good cleaning. Ceiling fan especially. Evidence of previous users - shirt tag behind bathroom door and used bandage in master window. No face wash rags. Twin bed was broken. Scared my mother when she sat down. Good spot if clean.

Set in old Lehi quiet secluded nice clean 4 plex the neighbors were very nice and good to get along with the 4 plex was older but very well kept met the owner Dave a few times and was able to extend my stay without any issues Dave is a very genuine person and very honest and nice very responsive and good to work with if I get to work in the area again I will definitely be getting in contact with him and staying here again the location was very good with everything close by from Walmart to Costco
