Stunning, fully renovated 5 Star Beachfront Condo

Enjoy your perfect vacation in our newly renovated, 7th story, 4-bedroom beachfront condo. Your perfect vacation destination awaits on 600 feet of private beach and sugar white sand at Silver Beach Towers. Walking distance to The Back Porch restaurant, and close proximity to grocery stores, Target, Walmart, restaurants and more!

Enjoy the perfect week away in this beautiful beachfront condo on the 8th floor. This unit was fully renovated in March of 2023, sleeps up to 10, and includes all the amenities needed to start your vacation immediately upon arrival. Enjoy your morning coffee with a sweeping, unobstructed view of the Gulf. Plenty of seating inside and outside to accommodate families.

Rental includes:
-2 kings, 2 queens, 2 rollaway twins that can be set up where requested
-Underground, assigned parking space and general parking above ground
-2 fast, indoor elevators, servicing just 3 condos per story
-Everything is brand new, from furniture to appliances, televisions, tile, paint, fixtures, and decor
-Kitchen is complete with all the essentials, including a Keurig (both pot and K-cup), toaster, blender, pots, pans, wine glasses, plates, silverware, knife set, grill tools, and more
-Luxury Nest toiletries, makeup wipes and hair dryers provided in all bathrooms
-Beach towels and beach toys provided
-Basic paper products and cleaning supplies included (toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, soap, dishwasher pods and dish liquid, and washing machine detergent).
-FREE Internet and basic cable, including HBO. Smart TVs in living room and all bedrooms (access your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video accounts if you have them); Ability to plug in Roku or Apple TV if you bring one
-Condo is located at intersection of Airport Rd & US Hwy 98. The stoplight at the building entrance makes it easy to avoid Highway 98 traffic in peak season.
-FREE use of the tennis court and BBQ grills on property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo! The location in Destin is perfect and has the most amazing views!! Amanda and Trena were fantastic and were quick to respond to any questions that I had!! We are sad to leave but will definitely be back!!

Wonderful!

This was the perfect location for a family vacation. The condo was clean and spacious. The location on the beach was perfect. Unfortunately, it rained a lot but we still had opportunities to enjoy the amenities.

Patrice was absolutely helpful and amazing helping us check in. We have enjoyed a beautiful beach view at condo. Amanda was excellent with providing us with all the information needed for our stay. If I can give it a 10 star I would.

I don't know that words can describe how beautiful this place is. The location was great, the condo wonderful, Amanda and Patrice are the best. You would be crazy picking another location. We are coming back!

Great vacation!

Amanda’s property was perfect for our family! We had 3 small children and 5 adults. The condo was clean, well stocked and to our surprise a closet full of sand and pool toys! Amanda was prompt in communication and super sweet. We will be back!

Exceptional accommodation!

We had an exceptional 4 night stay in this condo! The condo is beautiful! Everything from the breathtaking views from the balcony, the pool, the amenities, and even the parking was absolutely perfect! The chairs were a big plus! Everything was great! Highly recommend Silver Beach and especially this place. The water in Destin was calm, clear, and again.......perfect. We will definitely return!

Beautiful Beachy Condo

We have rented through VRBO many times but this rental was the best so far! The condo is even better in person than shown in the photos, so beautifully and elegantly decorated! It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and has the most gorgeous views from the deck. It also comes with a closet full of beach toys and chairs. Amanda, the host, is so kind and responsive. Again, the best we've had! And, Trena made the check-in process very easy. The white sandy beach is just steps from the condo, and you have access to the nice, large pool and a fully staffed bar with the friendliest wait staff. We would 10/10 recommend this rental to anyone wanting a Destin getaway!

Best stay in Destin!

We had the best time in Destin. The condo was recently remodeled and is exactly as depicted online. Even better in person. It is beautiful. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Everything you need to enjoy your week. Location of the condo in Destin was perfect. Communication with owner and local manager was a breeze. Best free parking spot in the garage right by the door. The pool and beach were perfect with easy access to the beach. Loved having beach chairs and umbrellas provided and the process for finding your location was easy. Beach was not crowded at all even though lots of umbrellas. We will definitely want to come back and enjoy this beautiful condo and beach! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Luxury on the beach. A nice splurge!

What a treat! 7th floor is the perfect height to take in the vast view of the ocean and clean stretch of beach below. Oversized balcony has a variety of seating options; lounge chairs, dining set up, and taller bar stools. 4 bedrooms, 2 with private baths. The other 2 bars share a bath. Primary suite is really grand. Great kitchen with all the tools you need. Everything is modern, and works well. The living and dining are open and modern. This is a higher end condo but not stuffy or uncomfortable. Plenty of beach towels, and there are reserved chairs on the beach. Clean. Responsive mgmt. Stay was flawless. Recommend!
