SPACIOUS and Comfortable home. The house is perfect for traveling professionals, doctors, nurse and patients, walking distance from ST. joseph's Hospital.
The house is conveniently located across the street is a grocery store.
located 6 miles from the Tampa Airport
2 miles from Raymond James Stadium.
The house you will feel like home and you won't want to leave!!

There is a suite next to the house that is rented separately, please be considerate with the guests, the last parking space to the right of the driveway is reserved for the guests of this suite, their entrance is separate to the right through the white plastic gate.

The house was great and exactly as advertised. Was immaculate with plenty of room for our group. Our host was super friendly, easy to deal with and very responsive. I look forward to our next Yankees spring training!

Tampa/Raymond James Stadium

House was perfect. Very clean and well stocked. Close to stadium which is what we wanted. Neighborhood was a little rundown but we never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay for Gasparilla

Amazing place with good space. There was plenty to do around the area, and several food options in walking distance. The amenities were well maintained, and the house was clean and up to date with appliances. We loved our stay here, and will most likely book this again in the future.

Nice home; accurate listing; responsive owner

We enjoyed our stay. Pool table and darts were a fun addition. We were able to walk to Steinbrenner field. Home was clean and comfortable and well stocked with paper products and linens. Will stay again.

Excellent facility and location

Two couples came to Tampa for spring training baseball. This house filled all our needs and was a great location. Enjoyed our stay and enjoyed this house.

Very nice stay in spacious home

When we walked in we were very impressed with the size and cleanliness of the home. It was convenient for us as it was close to family. It had almost everything we needed for a long stay. The owner did walk in during our stay and that was a concern.
