Great space for a family trip. Rooms were large and comfortable beds and amenities. Thoughtful family-friendly amenities and supplies that made traveling with kids of all ages easier. Communication with host was easy and speedy and helped to kick off our vacation with little stress.

Very roomy and well supplied in a good location very near both the beach and a big playground, with a reasonable walk to town. Very nice and responsive owner. Tip: When it’s very hot, set the thermostat to keep the A/C fan running so that the 3rd floor is sufficiently cooled.

Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this home! The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and downtown area. The host was super responsive and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

The Dreamer

Very clean and spacious property with plenty of rooms and living areas for friends/family fun. Includes multiple balconies and a patio area to enjoy company. Experienced great communication with the property manager during our stay.

Great house, great host

The host is amazingly responsive, helpful, and accommodating. She gave us a lot of insider tips and resolved a couple of special requests very quickly and easily. The house itself is pretty much brand new and nice. The layout is great for multiple families because there are bedrooms and full baths on 3 levels which provides spacing and privacy. We walked pretty much everyday to South Beach (via the blue stairs next to Kids' Corner), and it was convenient and easy. From past experiences, I'm always worried about late-night noise from neighboring renters/residents since we have little kids but it was very quiet and peaceful aside from a little bit of construction during the day (which is obviously transient). There's also a patio for grilling and relaxing that we used pretty much everyday. We'd definitely consider staying again. Thank you so much!

Adorable property, great amenities, and a good walkable location to the “Big Blue Stairs” beach access. Would definitely use this property in the future if the schedule works out!
