Unfortunately , It’s clear that no matter what we did to assist, nothing would have been good enough. Some people just prefer to be miserable, and I’m not jumping on board with that. You stayed for two days and then sent a two-page letter over something as trivial as 2-ply toilet paper provided—surely, there are better ways to spend your time. If your stay was so unbearable, the best decision would have been to simply check out and leave rather than sitting inside conducting a full-blown inspection. A vacation is meant to be enjoyed, not spent nitpicking .We provided you with a clean and comfortable place to stay . I’m not going to entertain a list of bullet points, especially when all the necessary information was readily available to you from the start.

Our listing clearly discloses that there are stairs, and if this was a concern, it should have been addressed before booking. We cannot read through the entire listing and amenities for every guest. If there is an age or mobility issue, it is the guest’s responsibility to consider their limits before traveling. Additionally, the east bathroom has approximately six shelves for toiletries, which provides more than ample space for guests’ needs.

Misty was fantastic! We had an issue that could not be resolved by check in and were able to move her to another location.

Happy to hear you had a wonderful stay! I wanted to point out that in our conversations regarding parking that this is exactly what I said :"There is free street parking directly in front and all along the surrounding residential streets. No restrictions."

I sent you the internet information which is also in the welcome book on the kitchen counter. I also sent a snap shot of it as well. Which is in the above message thread. It is high speed and works great. I answered you within 18 minutes.
