Enjoy the magic of the beachy, understated Summerland!
This 3 bedroom, 2 bath bungalow is our happy place :) Come sit on the massive deck and take in views of the Pacific all the way to the Channel Islands on clear days! You may not need your car, as the house is within walking distance of Lille Ave in Summerland, offering a curation collection of shops and restaurants during your stay. It's a 6 minute walk to Summerland Beach, a 3 min drive to Coast Village road in Montecito, and a 5 min drive to downtown Santa Barbara! Enjoy the privacy and tranquility of Summerland with hiking trails right outside the door, pristine beach and local treasures like Summerland Winery, Field and Fort, Porch and the Nugget. House is kitted for baby visitors as well, with a pack and play, high chair and more. Come and enjoy the sunshine in Summerland!

Just perfect

This place was so clean, easy to find and amazing water view, all the amenities, Comfortable beds and white sheets were perfect for my picky boys!Great host!!!! Thank you for letting us to use your space during our stay in Santa Barbara.

Just what the doctor ordered

We had a lovely stay in darling Summerland! The house was perfect for our needs and we loved the back patio with views of the ocean! We walked to town, ate at The Nugget and went down to the beach! We loved every bit of our stay. Thank you!!

Great stay

Had a lovely stay! The home is beautiful, 3 bedroom, 2 bath with views of the ocean. There is a large deck and 2 parking spots (one driveway, one street) with additional street parking. The home is well decorated, modern, easy check in, quiet for sleep and a well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend a stay here! Easy access to highway and very close to Montecito and Santa Barbara.

Nice place in Summerland!

Very cute place in Summerland. Owner was immediately responsive when we had a slight issue accessing the property. There is noise from the 101 nearby, but we enjoyed walking to dinner, coffee, the beach, etc.

Great House

An amazing house, with lovely decor. Some nice shops and amenities in walking distance. It's close to the highway so there is the constant sound of traffic and Amtrak trains going past when you're outside but can't be heard inside. Very pleased and easy access to the 101 to drive pretty much anywhere

Summerland retreat!

My partner, 4 month old baby, aunt and father came for a wedding. The town is quaint and friendly with a small market down the corner, neighbors were friendly and house was spacious, quiet, peaceful! The outdoor back deck was lovely with a great few of the pacific and brought a nice breeze in to keep it cool all night long. We also loved all amenities provided, kitchen utensils, blankets and linen, coffee maker and coffee cups.

Summerland bungalow

We had a great stay. The deck is wonderful with plenty of seating, a fire pit and a great “real” view of the ocean. The home was very clean with nice amenities. Property manager so easy to deal with. One drawback, it has a steep drive so keep that in mind. However, they do have street side parking. Very nice relaxing stay, would definitely visit again!

Weekend in Summerland / SB

We loved the charm and details put into this property! The patio is huge, and 3 of the rooms have a view out to the ocean past the patio. 2 families with 3 toddlers stayed here, and there were puzzles and toys for them to play with, and they also just enjoyed being on the patio outside. The house has everything you need and more. Really appreciated how stocked up everything was! Perhaps just a few things to consider if you have little ones: the stairs up to the loft is steep, there are only strong showers (no tubs), and the loft gets pretty warm during the day (make sure to turn on the AC before going to bed).
