Beds: King, King and bunk beds.

Master Suite includes a huge private attached bathroom with a garden tub.

Bedrooms 2 & 3 boast a calming view of the surrounding Lowcountry salt marshes. Plush bath towels and new comfy bedding provided during your stay.

Enjoy your morning coffee or outdoor dining on the spacious balcony facing the West.

We provide beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon during your stay. We also provide complimentary coffee, cream and sugar.

Guests also have full access to the convenient community pool.

You will have self entry information and myself and my staff are available to assist you with anything we can during your stay.

Once you`re at the condo, you can walk anywhere on Folly Island. There are also bike rentals on the island as well. Then downtown Charleston is about a 20 minute car ride.
- Guests must be at least 23 years of age to book this property.
- Absolutely no animals allowed and no exceptions due to severe allergies.
- No parties or amplified music outside.
- Please tidy up before departure and complete basic check out requests such as taking your trash out and clearing out the fridge.
