**RENOVATED TOP TO BOTTOM! Check out this gorgeously renovated condo next to Carillon Beach and a short bike ride to 30A. This oceanfront condo with a heavenly view has 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Enjoy the view from one of the two balconies over looking the beach.

**FREE BEACH SERVICE! March through October enjoy complimentary beach service with an umbrella and 2 chairs. The condo is perfectly located on 550 feet of private beach, without crowds!

**LOCATION! LOCATION! We are located in a sparsely crowded area next to Carillon Beach to avoid 30A congestion, but if 30A is your taste you can take a short bike or car ride across beautiful Lake Powel. This condo is also close to the action and only minutes from Pier Park and shopping.

Condo also comes with covered parking to protect your car or beach toys. The exterior of the building has been beautifully modernized as well with a beachfront pool on site with pavilion and grills.

*There is NOT an elevator on property.
*Parking pass to be paid in separate system before check in.

Will stay again and again!

What a great place to stay! It’s on the quiet end of the beach and so close to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed our stay so much. The condo had everything we needed. Great host!

Perfect location, fantastic unit

The unit was newly remodeled and everything was very clean. We have stayed several years at ramsgate and this has been our favorite unit. The beach walkway is right off the stairs so convenient! It is a bit of a walk to the pool but we don’t mind.

GREAT LOCATION! The condo is on the end of the beach that is never crowded. 4 adults stayed here and we had plenty of space. It’s been recently updated and everything looked great. Very clean!! Kelly was quick to respond when I had a question. It’s a top condo so there are some stairs involved if that’s an issue for you. You’re five minutes from Rosemary Beach for shopping and eating. I would definitely book this unit again!

Great location and unit!

We loved this location as it's not super busy, but close enough to all the action to be fun and enjoyable. The unit was clean, well laid out and perfect for our family. Great communication and support.

A beautiful place with an amazing view. Access to a quiet beach and pool and very kid friendly. It's also walking distance from a great restaurant, grocery store and a pharmacy. I would definitely recommend for all ages.

Beautiful location.

The location is perfect. Beautiful view of beach. Quite area. However, without an elevator we will not be able to return. Too many steps for us!

PCB Family Trip

The unit is nicely updated and clean, the view is spectacular and the communication with Kelly was spot on. The stairs to the unit might be tough for some but we managed just fine. The only “potential” issue “may” be the upstairs AC when temps get really hot midsummer? We had an AUsome stay and highly recommend - War Eagle!!
