Welcome to the perfect Winter Park getaway! Located in downtown, this cozy one-bed, one-bath condo is just steps away from Hideaway Park and its year-round free events. With 3 queen beds, including a sleeper sofa and a Murphy bed, it comfortably sleeps 6 guests. Enjoy the heated garage and ski locker for your vehicle and snow gear. After outdoor activities, unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire-pit, or relax on the balcony. Conveniently close to food, slopes, tubing hill, and amenities!



The Space:

Welcome to Tipsy Fox, your downtown Winter Park getaway that’s steps from Hideaway Park and year-round events. This cozy one-bed, one-bath condo is perfectly designed for groups and families, sleeping up to 6 guests with three queen beds…including a queen in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed for extra flexibility.



Living & Sleeping

Unwind in the stylish living room with a plush sleeper sofa, smart TV, and mountain-inspired décor. The private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the convenient Murphy bed transforms the space into a full retreat for larger groups.



Kitchen & Dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need…from stainless steel appliances to a coffee maker and breakfast bar. Cook a big ski-day breakfast or bring back takeout from one of Winter Park’s many restaurants and bars.



Bathroom & Essentials

A sparkling clean bathroom with walk-in shower, soft towels, and boutique toiletries helps you reset after a day outdoors. Plus, the in-unit washer/dryer makes it easy to keep gear fresh.

The condo, area, and community were wonderful. Owner was responsive to questions. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the park and local restaurants - all walking distance. We would stay again.

Great weekend getaway

2 adults & a large senior dog thoroughly enjoyed the condo as well as the area. Communication was excellent, everything was clean and ready to use. Very well located - easily walkable to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend & likely to use again. Thanks!

CO Staycation

The Tipsy Fox is a perfect little spot for a small family and the dog. Super clean, all the modern and updated amenities and a fabulous location! Steps from the park/pavilion, Main Street and our fave burger joint, The Ditch. The huge community hot tub and fire pit are an added bonus. Very dog friendly place.

Great Ski Condo

We had a great time at the Tipsy Fox. The condo was well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. There were lots of cooking amenities and spices on hand. The shuttle to the mountain was close and convenient. We would stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Everything on point and easy. Clean, modern, and great location. Hosts have thought of nice little touches including something as thoughtful as having a new sponge for dishes on the counter. Communication was clear and thorough. Would highly recommend this stay!

Beautiful Property!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this beautiful dog friendly property! The hosts were exceptional and quick to respond to all of my questions! The condo was less than a block from so many lovely restaurants and pubs. It also has great access to the ski resort and hiking trails! And the hot tub is also a must see! I’ll definitely be back! Awesome condo and location! The condo has everything you need! Loved being able to park in the 1st floor garage with bike and ski storage. The park across the street had farmers market and live music and walkability to restaurants, shopping and coffee! Loved reading on the patio. Took a few work calls and zoom calls and wifi worked perfectly!

Comfortable and Convenient!

I loved my stay at Tipsy Fox. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to rest and relax. The Nest thermostat was incredibly easy and useful in finding a comfortable temperature. Fireplace was easy to use and kept me warm throughout the evening and night. Perfect location with about a 3 min walk to downtown Winter Park. The garage was one of the best perks! Convenient reserved spot that made driving in the morning extremely comfortable

Excellent for paraplegic access

This was a great property to stay at. Centrally located in Winter Park with the ability to wheel (during the summer) to any shop or activity in town. Condo was on the 3rd floor and elevator worked great everytime. Access thru the garage door and access doors were very accomidating. All rooms were accessible, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and balcony. My bathroom didnt have a tub, but i didnt ask for that and we made it work. Overall a great experience.

the tipsy fox ROCKS!!!!!

absolutely one of my favorite vacation rentals to date!!! perfect for a couple, modern, cute, cozy and SUPER clean!! location is great, close proximity to everything in winter park!! the heated garage was a huge perk!!!!! as well as the heated bathroom floor!!!! and the modern flames! i could go on and on! the condo has everything you would want and need and the hosts def make sure to pay attention to the little things. we didnt want to leave, we will def be back!!!!
