Have fun with the whole family at this perfect chalet overlooking Holimont with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms sleeps 10 comfortably depending on the group. In addition to king size master. Second full size bed room also has two twins & private bath and lowest level has a Murphy bed and bunk room (4 twins) perfect for the younger ones. Chalet Lyon has amazing Views of HoliMont. Great open concept space perfect for entertaining with two lower levels of sleeping rooms. TV, Wi-Fi, book today!

Breathtaking views and comfort! Private street no traffic. I chose this neighborhood because Ellicottville is a true four-season destination that blends small-town charm with big adventure. The home sits just minutes from the village, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and a welcoming community atmosphere. In the winter, the slopes are close by for skiing and snowboarding, and in the summer and fall, the area comes alive with hiking, mountain biking, golf, and festivals.

What I enjoy most about this neighborhood is its balance of excitement and relaxation. You can spend the day outdoors or in town, then return to a peaceful home setting where you can unwind, enjoy the views, and reconnect with friends and family.
