Experience the ultimate comfort and security in this cozy 2-bedroom condo nestled in the peaceful and gated neighborhood of Playacar Phase 2. With a warm and cozy ambiance, you'll feel right at home as you relax and unwind in your private haven. Perfectly designed for your comfort and convenience, this charming abode is the ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle, yet it is only a 25-minute walk away or a quick 5-minute taxi ride to downtown Playa del Carmen. If you want something a little closer to home you will find a few restaurants, convenience stores, and a small gym, all within a 5-10 minute walk.

This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and is fully equipped with everything you need to make your vacation stay memorable. We can sleep up to 4 guests with each bedroom having a queen-size bed and spacious closets. The living room has a cozy 2-seat sofa with a large matching chair and 2 end chairs. Our kitchen is fully equipped with lots of counter space and extra seating for 2 bar stools. The dining table seats 4, there is a washer/dryer in the unit, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with Roku and a movie library. We also have mini split air conditioning throughout. Enjoy sitting on your balcony overlooking the common area pool, palapa, and beautiful tropical garden areas. Off our back balcony you will find a nice little gas BBQ to enjoy a delicious home cooked meal!

We love children, but due to wide-spaced railings on the balconies we cannot accept small children. We want to ensure that your family is safe while staying with us!

*Electrical consumption will be monitored. In the case of excessive use it could be charged to the guest. Please turn off AC when you leave the condo for the day!
