Location, luxurious designer comforts & furnishings, The Shores Subdivision amenities including community park, pool, tennis, pickleball, gated entries, private beach access and more. The Shores' beach access is a few minutes' walk away from the home.
Panoramic water Views from the living room and all balconies, including a private balcony off the master suite. The top floor features the main living area with gourmet kitchen, dining area, and main living room flowing towards the Laguna Madre.
