New counters and bathroom floor to ceiling.
New windows.
New paint
This is a full studio that has it’s own private entrance and separate exit as well.
This unit has a full kitchen with full-size appliances, including a stove, a fridge & and a freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker & full sink.
As accommodating hosts we do offer a early check in of 2-3 hours for $60 towards the 2nd cleaner.
We don't make a profit from this and only offer it at this rate.
There are just 3 steps to enter the unit!
Any guest not on the reservation will result in 2x penalty of face value per day
