Bright and sunny second floor unit on the corner of West Ave & 21 Street. This home is under a 5 minute walk from the beach! This home features an outdoor shower, off street parking (up to two spaces), and two large decks to enjoy (one covered and one receiving major sun!). On the decks you'll find rocking chairs, drink cooler, a dining set, and a propane grill. In addition to the decks, there is plenty of ground level space on the property to store bikes and beach equipment.
This home is conveniently located next to Uncle Bill's Pancake House, Aunt Betty's Ice Cream, and Blitz's Market. Take just a sixty second stroll and find yourself at Nauti Doughnuts waiting for a fresh one!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
We feel like we are in the heart of downtown without the stress here! This location is a spacious corner lot with hassle free off-street parking! The smell of pancakes and waffle cones from Uncle Bills & Aunt Bettys are irresistible. Who else gets ice cream every night when on vacation?
While rocking on the front deck we enjoy watching the bikers and cars passing by. 21st street is connected to the boardwalk which makes for easy nighttime adventures and early morning bikes rides.

Spacious corner property with modern decor! Property receives tons of natural light and has outdoor spaces for all hours of the day. Just a short 5-minute walk from the beach and an even shorter walk to some of ocean cities most famous businesses!
