•Full exclusive use of the unit and patio that provides amazing views of the ocean.
•Stairs outside the unit leads to the backyard. We have chairs, a fire pit, and even a cornhole game for you to enjoy!
There is a second set of stairs that leads down to the water. Please watch your step!
•Outside the unit in the shared hall is a LG Washtower. Basic laundry soap, softener, dryer sheets, and iron/ironing board is also provided.
•A spot in the garage may be available upon request. Larger vehicles such as trucks or minivans may not fit.

This area is a vibrant coastal neighborhood known for its stunning beachfront setting and picturesque views of the Pacific Ocean. With easy access to the sandy beaches, residents and visitors can enjoy beach activities and breathtaking sunsets. There are also various dining options, outdoor recreation opportunities, and nearby attractions like the Oceanside Pier and Harbor. It's a desirable location for those seeking a beach-oriented vacation and is considered by many to be the quintessential Southern California experience!

Walk through the front door to see an open floor plan that provides you with beautiful views of the ocean.
On the left is a freshly made king bed for you to relax the day away. Along the wall you'll find plenty of closet space to store your items and hang up that new swimsuit you've been dying to try out!
Further along the left wall, you'll find a modern TV and comfortable seating arrangements. Don't worry if one bed isn't quite enough, this cute teal couch pulls out into an additional bed!
Go through the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to find your own private balcony, just perfect for taking in the sunset.
Back inside you'll find a dining table ready to seat 4, perfect for after you whip up a meal in the well-appointed kitchen housing stainless steel appliances.
Need a place to do laundry? Not a problem! Outside your door and on the right is a wonderful LG Washtower, ready to get your clothes fresh for a night in the city!
