The property was clean, cozy and in a convenient location. My friend flew in from Maine. The property had all the necessary basics and then some. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home. We had a lovely time with this stay.

Cute cottage

Great place to stay, owner is clear upfront that this is not a walkable area of town but it is close to many places including local breweries. Cottage is clean and well maintained. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic stay at the Cozy Cottage

My friend and I recently stayed at the cottage for a long weekend girls trip. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to downtown. The host mentioned that it is in a "working class" neighborhood so we were not put off when we first drove down the street. It is very much an up and coming area. We had no problems, it was very quiet and we felt perfectly safe.Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and all instructions were clear.We would definitely stay here again.

We never walked in the property. Once we drove down the one way street with lots of loitering about, which you see standing in front of the home, we knew we could not park our work truck in the neighborhood and feel comfortable doing so. I know the owners put work into the property, but understand their description of it as “urban” before booking. Maybe if you don’t have equipment worth 100k on your vehicle to protect you could stay. The owner just told us to leave the truck, our only means of transportation, at the worksite, which was ten miles away.

Everything was as expected, even better. The location was absolutely perfect for getting back and forth to the Citadel. Clean, spacious house, well-stocked. Washer and dryer were super helpful as we got drenched by rain. Stephanie’s communication was timely and friendly. We’ll stay again!

We stayed a few nights at this house for our beach trip this year. We absolutely loved it. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness and if you are too I would definitely recommend this place. It was very clean and super convenient location for everything we wanted to do. Will definitely be back!
