I am sorry to hear this review, I tried to please as much as possible and cover your needs and more. From the moment we spoke, You told me that had a bad experience someone else if we would give you money if you do not like the place, I send you the Vrbo policy. Before entering I send you the internet password eve I ask you if you was connect to the internet you said yes. I do not know why you said we do not have internet. The studio is made up of 4 people who told me all the time is going to be you and 3 children. In the end was more people. We do not charge you additionally, the policy says $50.00 per additional person. And from the beginning it says that it does not include laundry.

Clean, Economical Lodging

Cheryl’s place is very conveniently located with respect to the airport & off-airport rental car businesses. It’s a single level, on the ground floor, which makes it good for those with mobility issues. Parking is off the street, behind a locked gate & steps from the door. All amenities were as detailed. The floor was clean enough to walk on with bare feet. All of my questions were answered very quickly. I would definitely consider lodging here again.

I don't understand why she gave 4 stars when everything she asked for was accommodated, including a change of dates, pending until it arrived safely.
