A quick 10 minute drive to Mayo Clinic is respite from the quickly expanding and busy Rochester area. The apartment is a short two blocks from a local grocery store, restaurants, AnyTime Fitness, and Bowling Alley! Byron has plenty of walking trails and is a short drive from Oxbow Park and the Douglas State Trail. A perfect fit if you are seeking extended care for you or a loved one at the hospital!

Originally from north of the Twin Cities. My wife, Clara, and I moved to Rochester in 2020. We purchased a duplex a year later. We love hosting anyone making the trek to Rochester and the surrounding area.

We enjoy the small town feel of the neighborhood the most while still being within 15 minutes of everything you need in Rochester. Also have a grocery store within two blocks of the property, along with multiple restaurants and a coffee shop all within walking distance.
