Delightful family home near parks, nature center, 1.5 m to Mayo Clinic downtown
Enjoyable, welcoming and convenient, you will have a pleasant stay here. Located in a quiet neighborhood, guests of all ages will have easy access to fun and healthy outdoor recreation year round. When staying inside, the house is loaded with family board games, two large Google TV,s and lower level has a full-size ping pong table and rec room with tumbling mats and toys.
The Ranch style home features roomy, first floor living with a modern kitchen, dining room and living room, three bedrooms and a full bathroom all on the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with staples like coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and more. Each bedroom contains a desk and chair, comfort foam mattresses and at least one foam pillow. The master bedroom has a king size bed which, upon request, can be separated as two twins with head and leg raising options and features a 50" TV. Second BR has a Queen bed and the Third has a
twin. There is an optional twin fold out bed in the Living room.
The walk-in shower has a bench seat with an optional portable tub insert. Pantene shampoo, Treseme' conditioner, Neutrogena bath gell and a blow dryer are available to ease your packing.
Off the single, attached garage is a nice three season porch leading to the private, cozy back yard.
Lower level has a full laundry, half bath, extra refrigerator and game rooms.

Rochester is my hometown but I have also lived in New York, Florida and Ohio. I have been staying in VRBO's for over twenty years. Some here in Rochester for Holiday stays, at various Minnesota Lakes for annual family Summer vacations, Winter getaways in Florida and California trips to visit Family as well as travels to Italy and Costa Rica. A couple years ago, semi retired, I moved back to Rochester and recently bought this ranch style, family house to host my own VRBO. I hope to use my vast experience as a guest to be great host.

I so enjoy traveling and love nature and outdoor recreation but also crave city culture, theater, shopping, art and fine dining. Family has always been a top priority. With that in mind, I chose a house that resembles what I look for when I'm traveling. Convenience, location, easy access, family friendly and extra room.. My goal is to provide a comfortable , carefree, enjoyable environment for folks visiting my hometown.

Aside from the convenient, family eccentric location, this roomy ranch style home has just three steps to enter the house with convenient First Floor living. A roomy, flowing layout creates a nice atmosphere of togetherness and/or solitude. The adjustable bed and TV in the master bedroom is a must for anyone in recovery who needs short term care and bedrest or just a great place to read or watch a movie before bed. The kitchen has most of anything you might need for cooking and dining and features all new appliances.
In the basement is a good ping pong table and a fun playroom for the kiddos. A quaint patio is great place to relax, enjoy the peaceful out doors or visit and play games.
