Welcome to our listing! Our cozy and well-appointed apartment is the perfect home away from home for your stay.

The primary bedroom is a spacious retreat featuring a king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. It also includes a Roku TV for your entertainment needs and a ceiling fan to keep you cool and comfortable. Additionally, there is a large walk-in closet available for all your clothes and luggage storage requirements.

The second bedroom offers two twin-sized beds, perfect for accommodating additional guests or family members. Like the primary bedroom, it is equipped with a Roku TV and a ceiling fan. The large walk-in closet in this room provides ample space for storage as well.

Our living room provides a comfortable and inviting space to relax and unwind. It features another Roku TV and a queen-sized sleeper sofa bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to six guests in total.

You'll find a pleasant dining room area adjacent to the living room, providing a lovely spot for enjoying meals together or gathering for conversations. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors, with all the necessary appliances and utensils at your disposal.

For your convenience, the apartment is equipped with a washer and dryer, allowing you to take care of any laundry needs during your stay. An iron and ironing board are also provided, ensuring you can keep your clothes looking fresh and wrinkle-free

Please note that our apartment is located on the second floor, and guests will need to climb stairs to access it. This is important to consider, especially for individuals with mobility concerns.

The good and not so good

We arrived at our condo and somebody was staying in the unit! I started calling the owners and left messages, I texted and finally a response came. Granted they texted back within 10 minutes but it was seriously scary when you text and ask for them to call you and they won't. Also seeing that your call is going to New York freaked me out! Anyway they put us in another unit for the week it was an upgrade from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom I guess, but we only needed a 2 bedroom. The unit has no extras in the kitchen such as salt and pepper coffee filters etc. we borrowed a can opener from a full time neighbor. It had the basics ( pots, pans, dishware, glassware etc.) which were in good condition. The mattresses and living room furniture need replaced. Legacy Dunes is a nice property and well cared for and nice that it is off the highway and gated. I can't recommend renting from these people, if you do I hope it works out. I know I won't recommend them or be renting from them again.
