Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. , and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.

We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.

Check in was easy. Loved the amenities! Location was good. The floors were not clean and there was dog hair on the floors. Overall would stay again though.

Vacation ruined!!!!!

Rent this place if you LIKE the fresh scent of animal urine and feces as well as wet molded carpet burning your nostrils all day. Also, if you want to lay down in a dirty disgusting bed with urine stains and lord knows what else…this rental is for you. You won’t be disappointed!!! You’re welcome!!!

Property Issues

Saw previous review about animal smells in property. Spoke with property management company ahead of trip. They confirmed they had thoroughly cleaned and stated to reach out to them if there were issues with the property. Upon arrival at 11pm the smell of cat urine/feces was still very strong and carpets were wet from cleaning. We reported the issue with the smart board (great feature) and had no choice but to stay the evening. Following morning by 10am IHM had moved us to new location which we were thrilled with. I would rate their service as 5 stars but until this property has the carpeting replaced we cannot recommend it to anyone. The rest of the condo is just as nice as in the pictures. No smell and we would have loved to have stayed here. The game room was awesome as well.
