Beach Studio 133 with a pool and beach backyard is a private studio apartment (220 sq ft) with a queen bed and an additional queen sofa bed with private bathroom and kitchenette located in the best Neighborhood in South Beach (South of 5th)

Free parking for the whole duration of your stay.

No pets allowed

Set directly on the beach.
No ocean view

Beach and pool access is through the corridor inside building.
Laundry facility available in common corridor.

Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using a photo of the private beach pass poster ( poster located in unit ) provided with your stay.

Lobby door ( glass doors ) and side exit doors from stairwell back beach gate all unlock with a code.

We do have a place ( In the same condo building ) to store your bags and personal belongings before check in and after check out if there is a need.

South of 5th on Ocean Drive in South Beach is one of the best areas in Miami.
Quiet and lush with greenery situated on the 9 mile Beach Walk but CLOSE to the best restaurants and Miami night life, also close to South Pointe Pier and South Pointe Park and Miami Beach Marina, condo building is situated beachfront on South Pointe Beach which is one of the most beautiful stretch of Miami Beach and South Beach.

Free South Beach Trolley/ Miami Beach Trolley Service (8am to 11pm) Every 20 minutes. Pick up trolley ride at Washington Ave. and 5th Street.

I can't say enough good things about this adorable property and hosts! We loved our room that was the perfect size for 2. Anita and Luis went above and beyond storing our luggage when we arrived early and our room was not ready. They responded immediately and were so kind and helpful. The pool is great and the proximity to the beach is perfect. Two lounge chairs and an umbrella were included and so appreciated. South Beach is the place to stay in Miami!!

The window leaked a lot of water everywhere every time it rained. Had to lay down towels. The portable air conditioner would keep changing programs on its own or something and would beep loudly over and over in the middle of the night until you turned it off. Nothing worked to stop the noise. Everything else was good.

Wonderful stay!

We booked this property last minute after deciding to extend our stay in Miami following a cruise, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Anita was incredibly responsive and helpful before check-in, even allowing us to store our luggage early so we could make the most of our day after disembarking. The team went above and beyond—offering us beach chairs to use while we waited for the previous guests to check out and the unit to be cleaned. Luis was especially kind and welcoming; when a thunderstorm rolled in before our check-in time, he generously found us a place to wait indoors. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care shown throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Miami!

I had the best time at this location. It's super close to so many amazing restaurants and the beach is literally in the backyard. This studio has everything you need for your stay. Not to mention the free beach service with your room. (40/day savings!) The hosts communicate quickly with any questions or concerns. They held my bags after my stay which was a huge accommodation that was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this location and hosts.. I will be looking forward to returning.

It was very clean. The host was very responsive and communicative. Directions were simple and straightforward. It’s within walking distance to all of the hot spots. I definitely would stay again.
