STUNNING ocean view! Brand new listing
Welcome to this charming condo in Hilton Head Island. Our complex is ocean front and the beach is just steps through the parking lot. This villa is at the front of the building and is third back from ocean front with an outstanding wide view of the ocean. This peaceful retreat features a brand new queen Serta mattress set purchased in November 2025 in the bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and two bunk beds in the hall for smaller children. There is a 55” smart tv in the living room and a 32” smart tv in the bedroom. This villa has new flooring and was just painted throughout for 2026. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking meals. We are located on the south end of the island with lots of restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. You can park your car when you arrive and not worry about driving until it is time to go home! Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Hilton Head Island and our condo has to offer.

I am originally from Columbia, South Carolina. I vacationed on Hilton Head with my family my entire childhood every chance we got. I loved Hilton Head so much I decided to make it my home three years ago. I live ten minutes from Seaside Villas and am on-site most days as I am a property inspector so I guarantee you this villa is sparkling clean!

Seaside Villas is an oceanfront complex so the beach is just steps through the parking lot. South Forest beach is the place to be for awesome restaurants and shopping within walking distance. I love that I can ride my bike anywhere I want to go.
