The home's large upper deck and lower porch provide ample outdoor space for relaxation and enjoying the ocean breeze. You can even rinse off salty paws and sandy toes in the outdoor shower!

Perfect community to get to the an almost empty beach. Walking distance to mini golf, coffee, and restaurants. Clean with everything we needed. We www able to check in early and sunshine realty was very responsive:)

The beach house was much nicer than we realized. The furnishings and supplies were more than adequate. We had a washer/dryer unit. We were very happy with that. The outdoor porch was excellent with a nice breeze and easy access to the downstairs via the outside stairs. Having a big kitchen was excellent. Pet-friendly for our golden doodle meant he vacationed with us. A few appliance issues, but the maintenance staff quickly responded and fixed the issues. The pool area could have been better suited if there had been a 'shelter' or 'canopy'. And there were no pool umbrellas. In the summer, it is blazingly hot. The pool pump went out the last 3 days of our stay and although the boys used the beach, they loved jumping in the pool after dinner. So, they were bummed.

Beach family vacation

Great place, very beachy look and feel. Lots of space for families. Love the top Deck to sit and relax on. Outdoor shower was so great after a full beach day. Love how pet friendly the community was too!

The house was perfect for weekend in St Aug. Group of five adults had plenty of room Easy access to beach, south side of St Aug and grocery store nearby. No probelms.

Great for dog moms and dads

Visited St Augustine as a family of 5 with our two French Bulldogs. Great location to spend some time there in the summer. We have been there in December mostly to visit the old town so had to accept a little of a drive. We still enjoyed the stay - very quiet and kind of empty-ish at that time of the year. Enough space and well equipped.

Perfect beach house

This place was perfect and we had a great time. It has the space and privacy of a house, I love that i got to bring my dog and she could chill on the balcony or the grass. It also has the convenience of a townhouse/condo community- super close to the pool and private beach entrance. It's close enough to ride bikes to the pier and a short drive to downtown. Plenty of clear emails about check in, what to expect, ect. I hope we go back!

Filthy washer and oven, floors are cleaner than when we moved in thanks to my wife, Over all better than our last VRBO, great location, everything is so pricey rent included.

We enjoyed the stay and felt right a home. The beach access was great and the location was perfect for what we wanted to do. A few thing I would mention is the toaster needs to be tossed - it is rusted inside of it, really bad and one side the little tray that holds the bread is broke - so you had to unplug it and put a fork or knife inside of it to grab the bread. The floors in the kitchen and table area were filthy - we had to wear shoes the whole time or our socks because our feet turned black. We had no hot water in the downstairs bath for showers and the sink in the kitchen had no hot water yesterday and this morning - hit and miss the main shower. The very first day we had no issues with the water, weird. The ice maker is making this really weird knocking noise when we came back one evening - we were spooked but had to turn off the ice maker to make the noise stop. We would probably rent it again and would ask if the above issues were addressed. Cute place
