Summary:
Welcome to your 2BR New Albany Getaway! This quaint and cozy home is located just 5 minutes from downtown New Albany where you will find that all of your needs are met. A quiet neighborhood, beautiful waterfront, but more importantly, tons of locally owned restaurants and bars to fill your free time. The home features a huge fenced in back yard, with a newly added hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, and a sleeper sofa for extra guests/visitors.

The Space:
2 Private bedrooms , both featuring a queen bed, minimally decorated with charm. The living room features a pull out bed. The fully equipped kitchen has all necessary cook-ware to serve up to 6 guests. This property is located just 5 minutes from downtown New Albany where you will find the beautiful waterfront, and countless dining options for you to enjoy. Wi-Fi and washer/dryer are on site and fully available to guests.

Guest Access:
Guest will have the full space available to them at all times.

Getting Around:
Located 5 minutes from downtown New Albany. Uber and Lyft and taxis service this area for your transportation needs.

Cozy & comfy bungalow

Our quick stay in this lovely home was just right. Comfy beds and our pooch loved exploring the fenced in back yard. The hot tub soothed our weary bones and got us ready for our next day of travel. Quiet neighborhood, clean house and easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property and location. It was also nice to stay at a property, which was accurately represented. The dogs loved being able to run around in the large fully fenced backyard.

Bourbon and Beyond Festival

Adorable home with a big fenced in yard. Very cozy and safe neighborhood. Great shops and close to Louisville. Host was very responsive. The house had everything you need. Would highly recommend.

Best dog friendly property I have stayed at yet. Nice large, fully fenced backyard, with grass!! The neighborhood was quiet! The inside was As Pictured!! I am recommending the property to a pastor friend in the area that has guests visiting regularly. I would definitely stay there again!

This is a very nice place. However, it is fully disclosed that there are extra fees and a breed approval on pets until the day before you check in. This should be disclosed immediately after booking so you can make a more informed decision.

Excellent hot tub

The hot tub is what drew us to this house and it did not disappoint. We loved spending time in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Communication with the hosts was very good. Comparing to other homes we’ve rented I’d have a few suggestions. We had 5 people on our reservation and only 4 towels and wash cloths so we had to wash them a lot. I’d have at least 1-2 towels per person and two washcloths per person. The pots and pans and kitchen utensils were old and kinda a hodgepodge of stuff and updating them would go a long way in the kitchen. Overall things were very good and I would stay in the house again. We did not have any pets there, but the back yard would be perfect if you have dogs.

Cozy Cottage

This was a very cozy cottage that provided all of the amenities of home. We would highly recommend this house. We appreciated the starter supplies of toiletries, detergents, dish soaps, coffee, condiments, etc. The home was clean and was very convenient to the New Albany business district, and it was only a few short minutes from downtown Louisville. Our only feedback as far as next steps for the owner would be the following: 1. Lights in the main areas were very dim, making it difficult to see well early in the morning or late at night. 2. Only being provided with an email rather than a phone number to communicate wasn't always effective as some of our emails weren't always answered in a timely manner. Not a huge deal, but if there had been an emergency, we worried about getting in touch with owner if needed. Overall, we were very satisfied with our experience.
