Breathtaking ocean & beach views from this top floor unit in the heart of Rockport’s historic downtown. On the beach with private beach access (seasonal) and a parking spot. Unique 1850’s era post and beam with cathedral ceiling. Perfect location: steps to the beach, shops, galleries, and restaurants.

NOTE - Calendar should show this prime Summer (late Jun thru early Sep) is weekly with a Sat check-in/check-out.

In the (rare) event of a power outage DO NOT FLUSH the toilet. Wait for power to be restored before flushing. REMEMBER THIS PLEASE.

We have a single deeded parking spot in the shared driveway. Park close to fence in marked spot. Do not block any other parking spots. One car only.

Highly recommend you back into the spot as turnaround is nearly I'm possible. This will make existing easier. Honk a few times upon exiting at top.

This place is fantastic! Super clean and a view that just doesn’t quit. A great choice so long as stairs aren’t a problem. Bring your own reading light since no bedside lamps - but you’ll be looking at the view anyway :-)

Wonderful stay

We've been coming to Rockport for years and this was one of the best stays we've had. The apartment was clean and comfortable and you can't beat the location. Tim was great and check in and check out were extremely smooth.

You will Never Want to Leave with These Views!!

The apartment has remarkable views of front beach and rockport from sunrise to sunset, I went to sleep and woke up to the sound of waves. Everything is a quick walk, able to go to 730 am beach yoga which was no more than 2 minutes wslk! The apartment is well equipped, comfortable, and full of light. The space for your car is small but the views more than compensate, would love yo stay again!!!

Most Beautiful spot in Rockport

The scenic views were endless, the sound of the waves lapping under your bedroom window, the private staircase to the beach and right in the heart of Rockport. Its not easy sharing a bathroom between 5 people but it was well worth it. Beds were cofortable, fantastic ocean breezes and the check in was super easy. Tim was always quick to answer any questions. We will be back!

Location, location, location...

Normally, I would have just left a 5 star review, but as we were the first renters to use VRBO, I figured I'd go into a bit more detail. Well... I was half way through a detailed review and ran out of characters, so I'll abbreviate. The condo is in an old building, so there are the typical idiosyncrasies that come with that, primarily antiquated plumbing and lack of insulation, you'll make use of the windows and ocean breeze, the air conditioner, and the numerous fans, and find that courtesy flushes are needed. The primary "con" is that, although it was neat and "cleanish" it probably could have used a deeper cleaning, dusting of blinds and window sills and under furniture, i.e. The condo was recently renovated, and has a nice new kitchen, but the shower enclosure is a vestige of an earlier time, and a bit tired. The pros... I sincerely don't think there is a rental in all of Rockport with a better location. A couple dozen steps from the entry door brings you to Front Beach, or to the center of Rockport village. A series of windows, including two large picture windows overlook the ocean, and at night, you can hear the waves washing up on the beach directly below you. There are plenty of board and beach games provided, and I think inflatable paddle boards. The living area is so cute, and delightfully appointed with works from local artists. There is also a washer and dryer on site. If you plan to vacation in Rockport, and this place is available, reserve it.

Location and views are unbeatable but what makes it stand out is this is not an an investment property for me but my second home. I love my place and think it shows when guests get to enjoy it.
