Welcome to Breck Peak Retreat, our top rated & fully renovated 2 bed, 2 bath condo in a prime location! Just a 5-minute walk to the Peak 9 lifts & Historic Main Street, it’s perfectly situated for skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, & all year-round adventures. After a day out, unwind in one of four hot tubs or heated pool just steps away! The updated kitchen makes cooking easy, or grab takeout from nearby spots! With two parking spaces & modern amenities, this is your ultimate mountain retreat!

Step into to your modern yet cozy mountain home base in Breckenridge! This renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and convenience after a day of adventure.

The living area features a warm indoor fireplace, a large dining table that can be used as a workspace for remote work, a Smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stylish new appliances and a MoccaMaster coffee maker, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Enjoy the crisp mountain air from your private patio.

For your comfort, both bedrooms are equipped with air purifiers, humidifiers, and white noise machines to ensure a restful night's sleep.

Key Features & Amenities:
- Primary Bedroom: New King-size bed (as of Sept 2025).
- Entertainment: Two Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked collection of board and card games.
- Ski-Ready: In-condo industrial-grade boot & glove warmer and dedicated ski storage.
- Family-Friendly: Pack ’n Play with sheets, booster seat, baby bath, and children's tableware are available.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, including the private patio. You are also welcome to use the fantastic shared complex amenities, located just steps from the front door:

- Heated outdoor pool & four shared hot tubs
- On-site card-operated laundry facilities (detergent and dryer sheets provided)
- Bike racks and ample closet space for gear storage

A few notes:
- Bedroom Update: As of mid-September 2025, one bedroom features a brand-new King-size bed and matching furniture. The listing photos may not yet reflect this upgrade.
- Amenity Maintenance: The shared pool and hot tubs are scheduled for a brief closure for a few weeks starting in late April/early May 2026, and then again prior to ski season 2026.
- While we adore furry friends, please note that our HOA doesn't permit pets for guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent—quick, clear, and helpful throughout our stay. All the beds were extremely comfortable. The location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Excellent Stay

Excellent condo, in great condition. Nicely updated decor. It was also nice that the host left laundry supplies, coffee etc. for the guests, whereas that has become more of a rarity in some VRBO units. Would definitely stay here again! Don't recall if the listing indicated, but the parking was free for two vehicles.

We had a great stay in condo building B unit 5. The place was spotless and had every item a family would need, from all the essentials to kids games and boot dryers. The condo location is an easy and quick walk to Main Street or the feeeride bus stop. Host provided tons of local and helpful information and was always just a quick message away. Laundry facilities were clean and close with a phone app for quick payment and alert when completed. This condo checked all the boxes and then some on a renters list. Thanks and I hope to return.

Amazing location, great host

My family and I had a great time at Breckenridge and a lot of that was because of our stay at his condo. It is very close to the Peak 9 chair lift which is great for beginner skiers. My children used the pool house daily after a long day of skiing. The condo itself was warm, inviting, and clean. Mike, the host, was incredibly responsive and friendly. We highly recommend the condo!

Married, 30 somethings living in Denver & Breckenridge, CO with a love of world travel, wine, and good friends! Breckenridge is a very special place to us, in fact we were married there in 2018. We stumbled upon Whitefish, MT a few years back and fell in love with it immediately. We are newer to the Teton Valley but being outdoor enthusiasts we aren't sure if there is a better spot! Being so close to Grand Teton, West Yellowstone, Grand Targhee, & Jackson Hole is unbeatable. All towns offer endless fun and experiences that we can’t wait to share with you. We want to make your Breckenridge, Whitefish, and Driggs vacations the best they can be!

Our neighborhood in Breck is the perfect location, walkable to Main Street & the Quicksilver Lift at the base of peak 9, but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. The heated pool and four hot tubs are just steps from the condo as well!
