We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location for our weeklong stay with our small dog. Unit is as described and is immaculate. The layout is really cool as there are separate spaces, not all one big room. Mark is the perfect host in every way and check in was a breeze. The location is right by the beach and the walking path was perfect for our dog. Having a parking spot is a plus too. We would definitely go back to this neighborhood gem.

Great Place to Relax near the Beach

Perfect for a couple who wants to relax by the beach. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, cafes, etc. 2 small refrigerators, microwave, stove/oven and toaster oven make for a very workable kitchen. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

Accommodations were perfect. Close to everything but also quiet. Great walking along canals and marinas. Separate bedroom a plus.

SUPER place for visiting son and exploring LA. Grab it!!

We had a WONDERFUL stay at this property!!!! The apartment itself was immaculate. Very sharp decor, yet still cozy. Unbelievably comfortable bed. The location is great. Friendly neighborhood. We had morning walks along, Ballona Lagoon out to the beach and to the pier every day. Quick walk to the best breakfast I've had in a loooong time. Easy access to the main drags, so getting to and from all points LA was a breeze. Our host, Mark, was SO NICE!! Very helpful from beginning to end in all ways, from finding great places to eat to getting groceries to helping with our departure transportation. There are a lot of little cool extras in the apartment, but I don't want to be a spoiler! Our son advised us to grab this spot as soon as he saw it, and I advise you to do the same after you read this!!! Best stay by far we've ever had in all our Vrbo/AirB&B experiences!!!

Immaculate. Great location.

Perfect spot for our long stay. Well located for driving to everything west of LA. and only about 20 minutes from LAX terminals. Easy walk to ocean, and the Ocean Front Walk that takes you through Venice and into Santa Monica. Space was immaculate and well-equipped. Host could not have been more helpful and easy to work with.

A Week in Paradise!

We loved our stay at Mark’s property. Comfy bed with beautiful linens and plush towels. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The apartment itself is super close to the beach and Marina walking path. We hope to be back very soon!

Great place for two people

Mark was a great host with excellent communication. The unit was comfortable and well equipped with a beautiful private garden space. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We were able to walk to along the beach path through Venice beach to the Santa Monica pier. Marina del Rey is an easy drive from the airport and to SoFi stadium.

Mini Vacation

This was the most efficient, accommodating, restful vacation we have had. The apartment was lovely, complete and had everything we needed and didn't know we needed. Thank you Mark for making such a really nice place to stay.

LA sightseeing

We were visiting our daughter who is going to school at the American Film Institute in the Hollywood Hills so we wanted something close, but would also give us a base point if we wanted to spend time near the Ocean. The neighborhood was very nice and it was a short walk to the Ocean. It was helpful to have a designated parking space too! I just wish the rental car company hadn't switched us to a Minivan as the spot is rather narrow. I had to let my wife out to get into the unit so I could park with enough room for me to get out of the car.

Everything we needed

The facility was accurately advertised, well equipped and when a need arose mark was very responsive. It was just a short walk to the beach and a long walk to the food shops if you don't have a car, but ride share prices were fine.

Great place to stay in Marina del Rey!

We stayed for a week during Christmas. This guest house is immaculately clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. It's in a great location on a quiet street adjacent to the walking trails along Ballona lagoon and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. The carport is small but as long as you don't have a large vehicle like a full-size SUV or pickup truck you'll be fine. Mark was a great host and immediately responded to our questions.

Fantastic property in fantastic location

This guest suite was clean and designed well. Bed, bedding and pillows were great. Ceiling fan helped cool the bedroom at night with window open (no need for aircon in November). Comfortable couch and tv with well stocked kitchen. Easy access to the beach.

Marina Del Ray get away

Loved this location and will definitely be back! We were in town to visit our daughter who lives in Culver but wanted a less city feel. This location was great in proximity to her and being able to walk our dogs. The surrounding area was perfect for that. Us & our pups very much enjoyed the location & scenery. Very quiet property. Loved our stay!

Great beach apartment

This place is a great little apartment tucked in a nice quite neighborhood. It only took us 8 minutes to walk to the beach. I think we were about 15 minutes to walk down to the restaurants and market on Washington (two for one drinks from 4-8 every day at Cabo Cantina!). The location is great for going to and from LAX and SoFi Stadium. I think we were only 30 minutes to SoFi on event nights, one on Friday and one on Sunday. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast every morning. We definitely recommend and would stay there again.

I chose to buy a vacation property in Marina Del Rey because I moved here a couple of years ago and really enjoy living here. Although I’m busy during the week, there’s always something to explore on the weekends. I love being close to the beach and the ocean, the neighborhood with all the flowers and hummingbirds is very beautiful. I want to share this experience with visitors from all over the country and the world and let them have unique vacations.
