We really enjoyed our stay! The host was so nice and the house was perfect for my husband, teenage son, and myself. Lots of restaurants that deliver are nearby, so we enjoyed the weather and our meals out on the back patio.

Excellent in every way, location perfect for my situation, quiet. Nice couch to relax on, real nice kitchen. Beds super soft and nice bathrooms. This was the perfect property for us. Clean, comfortable and easy check in and communication with the host. We stayed for 9 days prior to our son's wedding at the Summerlin JW Marriott. The kitchen has all the basics for preparing simple meals but there are also many wonderful restaurants nearby (downtown Summerlin has several restaurants shopping, Honey Salt, Nittaya's Secret Kitchen), Very close to Red Rock Recreation area and only a 20 -30 minute drive to the Las Vegas strip. There is a nice park nearby for morning walks. I highly recommend!

This is one of our better VRBO stays. Our host was very communicative and on top of things. The home is in very good condition and we especially liked the bedding as it was very comfortable. I also liked the ability to use the garage for overnight parking, and I noticed a 50 amp outlet in the garage for EV charging if needed.

The location is perfect for us. Nice quiet street. Parking everywhere. Of course could use the driveway and garage. The house was stocked with all the little things you need in a house, towels, garbage bags, vacuum, etc. The patio was wonderful to chill on at night. The heat and a/c worked instantly. The beds were comfortable and the interior was very roomy.

Great accommodations off the strip

We wanted to spend some extra time in the Las Vegas area off the strip and this house was a great find. We enjoyed the patio and it was nice having a garage to park the car. We would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay there again.

A Cozy Place

My wife and I stayed at the home while visiting family. We looked for something in the area and off the strip.The home was accurately described in other reviews. The home is nicely decorated, was spotless and met our needs for our visit.

The house was very clean. We really enjoyed the lakefront location and had lots of fun playing pool, darts and foosball at night. We had a great time making s’mores by the fire pit one evening as well. Ron was an excellent host with great communication.

Very nice place

The house was very nice place to stay while in Las Vegas. It is a bit far from the strip so you would need a rentel vehicle but you can park it in the garage. It was very clean and had everything we needed while in the house.
