Welcome to the “LUXURY OZARK PENTHOUSE” a beautiful & luxurious waterfront condo at the 19mm (1mm of the Grand Glaize)
7 bedrooms & 7.5 baths. 5200 sq ft! Sleeps 18 comfortably!

This freshly renovated top-story penthouse condo at the Towers at Parkview Bay in Osage Beach. This home is perfect for multiple families to get together, featuring 6 master bedrooms and a large bunk room for the kids! This home is 2 stories and has a massive balcony for you and your group to enjoy the picturesque views of the lake! Plus, this property has access to both Indoor AND outdoor pools as well as a fitness center! This truly one-of-a-kind lake condo has room for everyone in the heart of all the action while still situated in a quiet cove in the state park by the grand glaze bridge. Bring your boats as well, we have boat slips available.

RULES:
*Primary renter must provide copy of ID and sign rental agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking or vaping of any kind*
*No party/fraternity rentals*
*Minimum renter age 25*
*NO animals/pets of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*

This luxury 7 bedroom condo sleeps 18 with 6 'Master' bathrooms!
Combines the amenities of lake house all while having the ease and accessibility of a condo!

All of the beds are very comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more. The outdoor deck provides beautiful unobstructed panoramic views and includes outdoor furniture and dining areas

There are shared pools (indoor and outdoor) and a shared hot tub and fitness center on the property.

We have a very unique, unobstructed view of a Missouri State Park. This gives us a very quiet cove that is great even on busy weekends.

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. Shared pool, hot tub, and fitness center onsite. Docks are shared but we have a boat slip available for an extra cost

The host was very fast with communication. Rooms were clean. Condo was as expected based on pictures. Just a few small issues, nothing that required immediate correction during our stay - A few outlets did not work/missing outlet covers, the handle on the sliding door to balcony was falling off/completely gone on the outside, fridge temp was set to 54 on arrival and we didn’t notice until next day, difficulty flushing the toilet in one of the downstairs master bedrooms, elevator door locked. Overall, great stay!

Beautiful and very spacious condo. Location is excellent. Host was very responsive to questions/issues. Disappointed that penthouse elevator was not accessible, as had elderly parents that were not able to navigate stairs. Utilized indoor and outdoor pool and both were nice and not overcrowded. Outdoor patio is large and provided a stunning view of the lake. Loved being “eye level” with the birds. Disappointed that no grill was available for use and patio, too, could use some updating. A lot of wasp nests on outside of entire building. Amenities were adequate, but could use updating for the price. “Bougie on a budget” Overall very good experience and enjoyed our stay.

Upon entering your eyes are filled with this penthouse grandeur it is beautiful. Each bedroom is decorated just so with its own full bath. The views are spectacular from every space in this penthouse. We would rent this again.

Amazing views, privacy, and property. Plenty of space for our group of 11 people. We cooked a big Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. It was tight, but worked very well. Unforgettable. Our sons, ages 14-24 did a polar plunge off the boat dock in 29-degree weather. Then straight to the sauna. This is a great place to make good memories!

Awesome property!

Had a great experience staying at the Luxury Penthouse. The place is beautiful, views are great, humongous outside deck. You're a short uber drive to the places on Bagnell Dam Blvd and other places in Osage Beach - e.g. Dog Days, Redhead, Shorty Pants, etc. The manager of the property, Cameron, was great to work with and very responsive. My only comment would be it would have been nice to have a grill on such a grand outside deck.

Amazing get away.

If you’re looking for the ultimate getaway, away from the cookie cutter modern condos. This is the place for you. Classy accents, very home feeling. Its exceptional view can’t be described. The host were great, no issues. We had an amazing time, will be going back next year. The house has great amenities, including an elevator. Don’t hesitate book today.

Great stay in Osage Beach

Our family has a house in Illinois on a lake. We usually host a family gathering for 16 people. We tried something different this year and stayed at the penthouse in Osage Beach. What a great time we had. The Condo is everything they say in their VRBO Add. It is is huge and very accomodating to everyone. Young kids, young adults and older adults. The views are amazing, the deck area is so big and roomy. Would highly recomend to anyone going to Lake Ozark.

This property fulfilled our needs perfectly except for one thing, the elevator connecting the first floor and second floor of the penthouse did not work. Some in our group do not navigate stairs very well so an elevator would have benefited us greatly.

This property was advertised as a Luxury Penthouse and that was how it was originally designed and built. It is a very large Penthouse Condo with fantastic lakefront views and 7 bedrooms to accommodate large groups on the 10th floor of the complex. Unfortunately the property has not been maintained to a level expected of a true luxury property and had certain limitations.The Highs:1. Expansive unit, high ceilings with a fantastic view of the lake.2. Seven bedrooms with ensuites, 6 with King beds and one bunk style room great for kids.3. Comfortable living and dining room furniture sufficient for a large group.4. Fast external elevators to the 10th floor.5. Great pool, hot tub and an adjacent marina.6. Cameron, the owner, was an excellent communicator, quick to respond to questions, and sympathetic to our concerns and issues pointed out with the property but was unable to address the deficiencies for our stay. And some of the major concerns that affected our stay were not communicated to us before or arrival.Lows:1. Both dedicated ice machine and refrig. icemaker were broken, big issue in August.2. Most of the sliding doors to expansive deck were dysfunctional.3. Internal elevator in unit was not accessible (?if broken or just locked) limiting some guests to main floor.4. Lack of some basic maint. with broken vanity and kitchen cabinets, some fixtures/ appliances in need of repair.Would consider again if updates/repairs are completed. Did I mention Great View!

Oh. My. Goodness.This penthouse was so much fun! From a pool table to an elevator, we had a great time staying here. The kitchen was big enough to fit many adults all scrambling over each other, the living room allowed our big group to all be together while still having space to breathe, and the pool was a blast every day. We loved it here!
