The third bedroom is a small room attached to the king loft bedroom with a twin trundle that can be made into a king bed. One parking space provided

*Summer guests: there is no A/C but we provide fans for you to cool the condo.
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!
Please do not bring skis or poles in the house.
Please do not wear ski boots in the house.
Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.
Please remove shoes when entering the home.
There are no pets allowed.
Please be courteous of the neighbors. Quiet time is from 10PM to 7AM.
