Cons outweigh the pros
Pros: Great location, modern facilities, A/C blows cold.
Cons: There is no noise deadening, so all the noises outside come inside. For us, this included the jackhammers and construction noise for 12 hours a day on the unit on the first floor, plus people partying and having a great time for the other 12 hours a day. Other than the initial email when we made the reservation, we never heard anything from the property owner about the check in process until we reached out multiple times to find out where the key would be. Kind of nerve-wracking considering we are flying to an international destination. We finally heard back just before we got on the plane to fly to Puerta Vallarta. Hot water in the shower was just enough for two QUICK consecutive showers, but doesn't stay hot very long. While the A/C blows cold, which I was thankful for, it is noisy. Pretty expensive place to stay for an unpleasant experience.
