Relax OCEANSIDE in this Coastal Comfy inspired first floor 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom. Inside this gated community, enjoy private beach access, an indoor pool, 2 outdoor pools, and fitness center. Whether you're coming to Coastal North Carolina for the beautiful beaches, exceptional fishing and water sports, a family event or a special occasion, make this condo your favorite getaway!

The space:
This unit is located on the 1st floor. The bedroom includes a king bed, smart TV, blackout curtains, closet, and dresser. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with an island. The family room includes a queen pullout sofa, 2 swivel chairs, blackout curtains and a 55 inch smart TV. There is a large screened in patio, with direct walk way to pool / indoor pool / gym.

INDOOR LIVING: TVs (Internet), dining table, queen pullout sofa, ceiling fans in bedroom and living room, washer & dryer

GENERAL: gated complex, 1st floor, linens & towels provided, keyless entry, free WiFi, large screened in patio, beach chairs and umbrella, 2 onsite parking spaces

Peak season (June - August) weekly rentals only
Non-peak (September - May) minimum 3 night stay.

Nice complex but there was not an ocean view at all. Our room opened out to the pool area. None of the rooms were on the beach.

The room was a short walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful. The complex was convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Emerald Isle. Our first time visiting. The condo was very nice and very clean. Very cute kitchen/living room. We liked that there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to use. We enjoyed the screened in porch. Very comfortable bed. Liked that it was in a gated community. Really liked that it was quiet both day and at night. Absolutely gorgeous beach! We would love to stay at this condo again!

We chose this property for our anniversary trip because it was advertised with conveniences like keyless entry, but unfortunately our experience was frustrating from the start.On arrival, the code provided for the guest packet was outdated, and the “keyless entry” keypad at the condo did not work at all. Instead, we had to rely on a single house key—something that was never explained prior to arrival. During check-in, the door locked behind us while we were unloading, trapping our phones and key inside. We were only able to get back in thanks to a last-minute call from my Apple Watch before the office closed. Maintenance came out but never returned to fix the lock despite promising to do so. This meant the entire stay we had to deal with the inconvenience (and risk) of using one physical key instead of the advertised keyless system.Cleanliness was also far below expectations. The ceiling fans were covered in thick dust that fell onto the beds when turned on, the shower mat had visible mold and debris, the shower did not drain properly, and a kitchen drawer was literally held together with tape. We also discovered the hallway smoke detector had no batteries—an unacceptable safety concern.I did contact the host with these issues. While she was polite, the response placed the blame on the property management company and did not result in any resolution during our stay. The lock issue, cleanliness problems, and misleading listing information were left unresolved.

Property was great for our little family. Not oceanfront but not a far walk. Liked the pool access and access to other things. The gate key stopped working and we had to go back twice to get a different one(not anyone’s fault but mechanics). The beach was perfect and we actually got to sea turtles hatch! AMAZING! Close to some good restaurants. Even though we had people above us we didn’t hear them-must be insulated well! Loved having a small enclosed porch. Definately would go back.

Perfect location

I thoroughly enjoyed our week stay at this condo. Was the perfect location, close to pool and a short walk to the beach. Condo was clean and came fully stocked which was a nice surprise. Will definitely return!

Horrible experience

Checked in early afternoon. Came back at night. Took shower and had to step over cockroach. Went to bed thinking a few to have to get up later for bathroom. . Too many roaches. Initial contact to property manager was “We haven’t had that problem before.” We took pictures and videos. Immediately vacated and asked for refund. Property manager immediately agreed. Gross!

The ceiling light is primary BR had a short.( only gave low glow). Fan in Bath also seemed to have a short and came on or off will. Gate card ceased working mid day Friday but we were leaving until Sat.

Beach Vacation Getaway!

We had a great stay at this adorable beach condo! It was very clean and cozy. Perfect location to everything on the island. A short walk to the beach - which was amazing! Even shorter walk to the pools. Highly recommend! We plan on coming back to this beautiful island and place. We will book again and stay with Michelle! Thank you for sharing your place!!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is very nice, kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need. Communication with the host was awesome. Contacted them about no iron and a brand new one of was delivered in less than 1/2 hour. We plan on returning as the resort is very nice.
