Hi, we are Bob and Judy and both local to Portsmouth. We love the Newport County area and strive to help you enjoy this beautiful area to the fullest! Bob is a local home builder and Judy has experience working in interior design, together we have remodeled this beach cottage to be a place we love and use as a home away from home. We are excited to share this gem with others and allow you to experience this little piece of the world with you. We love the beach and are lucky to live in such a pretty waterfront town. We have fallen in love with this neighborhood and have worked on multiple properties in the area. The location itself is beautiful and peaceful to walk. With the beach two blocks away and a handful of local restaurants within walking distance to enjoy yummy food with waterfront views - it is hard to beat!

In comparison to other houses in our neighborhood, our remodeled design includes a rooftop balcony with water views and is our little slice of heaven. Our fenced in yard hosts a screened in porch that opens onto a paved patio and is peaceful to relax outside with privacy!
