We appreciate your feedback on the building and fitness center and have forwarded your comments to the association since they are responsible for the common areas. We apologize for the confusion in regards to the sleeper sofa. However, after researching, we confirmed that our website does not mention a sleeper sofa and indicates the rental sleeps six. You may have seen this on the third party website that you booked on which is incorrect. For this reason, we encourage guests to book direct with Newman-Dailey for accuracy and best rates. Thank you so much for your review of Jade East 1740. We were delighted to hear how much your family of four adults enjoyed this beautiful unit and its fantastic view. We are happy to report the property manager spoke with the owner and they have purchased a brand new mattress for the Master Bedroom. Unfortunately, due to Florida Law, we are not able to provide cleaning supplies for safety and health reasons. Again, we are happy that you thought everything was incredible and we hope you will come back to enjoy that new mattress!
