House was perfect for our friends get away and the host Alex is one of the nicest and easy to communicate with people I’ve ever met highly recommend him to anyone wanting the most out of their stay with friends or family!

Father's Day/Family Getaway

We could not be happier staying at this property. The property was very clean, cozy, and very welcoming. The property manager, Alex, was very helpful when we needed assistance and readily available. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was gorgeous.

Great place in the Hamptons. Will be back!

Great house, lovely pool and heaps of space. Much bigger than I thought it would be and a perfect haven for some travelling golfers enjoying the best of the Hamptons. The pool was great for a morning swim to get us going, and Alex was great at proactively communicating and helping out. We look forward to coming back soon!

Great value/home base for exploring the Hamptons!

We had so much fun during our stay, conveniently located to the village and the beaches. We enjoyed the pool and there’s more than enough space for all guests. Alex was super responsive! Short drive to the skydiving center and aquarium, definitely a great home base for exploring WestHampton Beach and the neighboring towns. Also, very quiet for our under 2 y/o and retiree guests. ☺️

Hampton house for special event

this property was the perfect location to celebrate my daughter's bday. The location was very accessible to everything. The lower level had plenty of space for the kids to have their own space to hang while the adults were upstairs. We used the backyard for our party setting and it was a perfect space. Alex was very response to all my messages and questions.

Amazing House

What a beautiful house! We had a family get together for a long weekend, and this house could not have been more perfect. Alex is so kind and makes you feel right at home. The pool is amazing as well. Our family all agreed we could not have picked a better house. We all have a lot of fun, new memories with each other because of this house! Don’t think twice about booking it, it’s the way to go!

Girls take on Westhampton

Me and my girl friends had the best time staying here! The house set up was open space so was nice to have room for all of us to hang out. Plenty of space for comfortable sleeping arrangements. Backyard and pool was relaxing and fun. So close to main st, was able to get breakfast, we also booked a work out class in town. Host was communicative and accommodating. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Planning anything with a quantity of people is stressful but Alex was a the best host. Highly recommend!

Caution: beware of host

People might have had good experiences with Alex (I’m not sure how), but our experience was anything but. Be cautioned, we were a large group that had booked this place months in advance, and days before our trip Alex performed a bait and switch on us, and coerced us to move listings as he was charging an exorbitant extra guest fee for our original place. If he tried the same with you, I’d recommend contacting VRBO immediately as we were informed after our trip that they were no longer liable once we agreed to switch properties. Renters beware.

good location/house but has discrepancies

The house was nice/clean and great location but the listing doesn’t truly reflect the property so it felt like we paid for more than we actually got. It shows pictures of three indoor bathrooms, but it’s really 2 and then a shower outside. It says that there’s 3 twin futons in upstairs living room, but there’s just 1 long couch and 1 pullout futon downstairs but it doesn’t pull out. It says there’s a hot tub but it’s a heated pool. There was also no soap or shampoo provided, even though it said there would be. We still had a good time but there were some discrepancies between the listing and the house itself that I think should be clarified or adjusted.

Thanksgiving Misgivings

On the whole the listing was deceptive. For a family of 9 for a Thanksgiving gathering. The kitchen was unusable. Not a toaster, frying pan, spatula, a pot to boil water. Not a mixing bowl, paper towels and toilet paper! A kitchen table that had minimal seating. The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs were in disrepair-broken slats and frames. The mattress had to be put on the floor. The sheets on the downstairs bedding were dirty and stained. The garbage cans outside were full to start off and no additional trash bags were supplied. I have photos of damaged door jams, broken beds. I feel some form of reimbursement/ compensation is warranted. I hope you will contact me for further information.

misrepresented and a bit of a disaster - Do NOT RENT

The property we rented was grossly misrepresented, and its conditions were unacceptable. Upon arrival, we encountered multiple issues: the pool was dirty and unusable, the stairs were broken and unsafe, and the advertised WiFi did not work, which was critical as three of our guests were on a working vacation. Additionally, the cellular signal was poor, making the situation worse. The listing promised a hot tub and a half bath, but neither existed. There was also an active beehive over the seating area, bees inside the house, and a non-functional grill. Other issues included a full bed where a queen was advertised, one fewer bed than expected, an oven that took over an hour to heat, and an overall shabby house that did not match the advertised photos. The backyard garbage was overflowing with a strong odor, and the neighbors acted hostile, staring and taking photos. The owner attempted to address some issues, but with no guarantee of working WiFi or a grill, and he made the bee situation worse by spraying insecticide, which drove the bees into the house. Our daughter is allergic to bees, making the situation even more dangerous. We later learned that the property owner lacked the required rental permit and that Westhampton mandates a minimum two-week stay, but we rented for just three nights. Due to these issues, we were forced to leave the property within three hours of arrival. The owner said he would provide a refund and then refused.

I came to the house immediately upon being notified of the renters issues. The pool had just been cleaned the day prior. The pool is cleaned every week on a set weekly schedule. I offered to have it cleaned again right away, the pool company agreed to come after their last appointment, to do an extra cleaning, at my expense. I am also allergic to bees. I took great care to make sure the bees were all gone, as I fully understand the seriousness. The bees were all exterminated before I left. I tested the wi-fi, which is the fastest internet speed Fios Offers, and we never have issues. The speed tested perfectly. The grill worked as soon as I tested to turn it on. The neighbors were hostile because the guests were a huge group causing a large disruption from the moment they arrived, and were not being respectful to the neighbors. This is saying alot because the property is over a half acre, and not near the neighbors. The garbage removal is done twice per week. The next removal was the morning after the guests arrival. The garbage is completely hidden behind a wooden utility fence, in the far back corner of the half acre+ property. Everything was corrected or verified working. VRBO determined after extensive review that no refund was warranted. Brooke I am sorry that you did not have a good time. You can see by all of our 5-star reviews that this is a really great family/friends gathering house. Being a big house close walk distance to all the best of the Hampton's.
