House is located in a quiet neighborhood of residential homes with permanent residents. As such we must insist there be:
NO PARTIES
NO MUSIC OUTSIDE after 11:00pm
NO SMOKING of any kind, including marijuana
NO ILLEGAL DRUGS on the premises


RESERVATION POLICY:

Check-In Time 04:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:00 AM

Cleaning Fee: $450.00

Minimum Rental: One Week
Maximum Rental: Two Weeks

Can sleep 7 adults comfortably. Maximum of 8 overnight guests per reservation.

Minimum age of renter: 25 years old


CANCELLATION POLICY:

Full payment due at time of booking.

Full refund if canceled 30 days prior to date of beginning of reservation.

50% refund if canceled between 15-30 days of beginning of reservation.

No refund if canceled less than 15 days of beginning of reservation.
