IR161 is the perfect place for your next Port Aransas vacation getaway! This 1st floor condo is situated in Island Retreat Resort that offers an abundance of amenities. The full-sized kitchen is equipped with all your essential culinary needs, a living area with TV and dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a meal. With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms IR161 will sleep 8 comfortably. Best of all, the resort has two shared pools, grilling & picnic areas throughout, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts, and much more. Plus, you'll be within walking distance to the beach. Don't miss out on this incredible opportunity to stay in paradise!

Nice clean property and great location

Great stay. Only problem we encountered was that the air conditioning had a hard time cooling the bedrooms. We were able to cool them by droppping the temp all the way down but you woke up to a frozen living area. Which is way better than a hot one.

Great location for beach

This condo was good for location. The pool was across the parking lot & the beach was also fairly close. There was a smell of mildew that stayed while we were there, but we were hardly ever in the condo. The kitchen had pretty much what we needed to cook our few meals. Plenty of towels. This place worked for our family of 6. Thanks so much.

Great location and clean!

Great place - we had six adults and two kids and we all liked it! Plenty of room. There are washers and dryers, but they are outside and need lots of quarters so we never used them. This unit directly across from the pool and a short walk to the beach. It could have used some lamps in the bedrooms and a few more things in the kitchen (blender, bigger skillet, another cookie sheet, foil). The floor made the kids feet black, but other than that it was VERY clean. Owner very nice and responsive. The bathrooms were perfectly clean. Would recommend!
